This box allows the CNC controller to turn your upgraded trim router or spindle on and off. I has an extra receptacle for integrating your vacuum system or other accessory. Works perfectly for me.

Not fully tested at the factory. Flips PWM and positive power wiring to the laser, laser worked fine connected directly to the control box. No mention in the instructions about having to have the spindle RPM ~max to get it to trigger.

This box doesn’t work with the stock spindle that came with the machine. It’s only compatible with spindles or trim routers that can be powered from this box’s outlet. If you want to use a vacuum/dust collector with this box, you’ll also need to replace your spindle. The stock spindle won’t work. The reason is that you have to switch the controller box to laser mode, which disables the stock spindle. To use the stock spindle, I was advised to purchase the Fox Alien version of the relay box, which allows you to use the stock spindle or a spindle/trim router from the outlet.

Hooked this up to my Foxalien Masuter 3 CNC with a Foxalien router and a small shop vac. Everything works perfectly. Less expensive than other models and does the job.

The cable needed to make this work is not included and can’t be found on any website including sainsmart this is falsely advertised as being compatible with the 6050 plus but the cable needed cannot be found anywhere which makes it incompatible.

This power relay is super improvement to my CNC setup. Now, when the program starts, my dust management system comes online automatically. The smart switch is something I wish I had when I first set things up. I haven't decided what to use the other outlet for yet, but I'm sure I will.Installation only take about a minute - and most of that is deciding where you want to mount it.Highly recommended.

The Genmitsu iMaticBox is a relay module that allows off/on of plug-in devices via the cnc controller. For my application I am using a Gecko G540 controller which is not natively supported. The iMaticBox has a 5vdc input requirement which is crucial. My Gecko controller outputs up to 50vdc, so a buck converter is required. The part is only a few dollars on amazon, which makes the Genmitsu iMaticbox compatible with my more "industrial" setup.I have a Zenbot 48" table at home that I'm using a Metabo router on. With the iMaticbox I can send Mach3 signals to turn on my router and vacuum in the code. This saves several walking steps and just a little time. It also helps prevent running the code and forgetting to turn on the router, which results in broken bits and damaged surfaces sometimes.I generally like Genmitsu offerings in the CNC space. I operate full-scale industrial machines, pro-sumer machines, and toy-size machines and program for all of them from time to time. I can recommend this device for the technological functions it provides and for the process improvements it enables.
