I bought these to put into the drywall behind my tv to below my lower outlet. This box was the easiest box I have ever put in. @ tabs you put out and tighten and it is sturdy as anything. Screw the covers on and done. It really is that easy I kid you not. I highly recommend these to any do it yourselfer...

These work great, but you have to be careful to cut the hole to exactly the right dimensions. You can get this to squeeze in with just enough deformation that the faceplate won't screw in correctly, which is not the fault of this product. If the faceplate isn't fitting, you can pull this all out, shave off a bit of the drywall, and try again.

This product helped me work around a pipe I found in the wall while trying to use a single gang bracket. Like the low profile. Would be nicer if the screw holes had press in metal threads...but I wouldn't expect that at this price point. Also the little bumps on the left and right side were preventing the 8 port keystone jack plate from fitting...thankfully a sharp chisel removed them easily.

I bought these to put one in the wall so I could make a 5.1 stereo system connection that goes through the walls in my home theater setup. I bought a metal one from the Home Depot first but the way it's designed was terrible with folding pieces that didn't clamp the wall very well so the whole thing wiggled. I had used some 1 gang brackets like these in the past so I bought this one hoping it would be just as good and it is. It's a nice tight fit against the wall and the wall plate doesn't move anymore. The screws are a little long so when it's clamped down they extend a good three-quarters of an inch or so behind the wall and it cuts into my insulation, however, it's not that big a deal. Shorter screws could potentially cause the actual clamping piece to fall behind the wall and obviously I don't want that so I'm not complaining. Overall, it's a great buy!

Product arrived as expected and is exactly what I expected. I used these with a low-voltage recessed wall plate to route wires through an existing wall. Tabs deployed and held the frame in place and the installation was straight-forward and easy. I would recommend these.

These serve their purpose; however, they are a bit flimsy. If you tighten one corner down too much, it will flex and not sit even with the wall. The single-gang box does better. It does have the holes to screw it directly into the wall, but I bought it with the specific purpose of using the drywall flaps.

Very happy I went with these. They are so easy to install and obviously keep everything tidy for a network install in my home. I actually have double layer drywall and these still fit properly with zero issues. Very pleased with these, as well as the 1-gang ones from the same company.

Great product for the price. I would love to have a template for these as I plan to install many, so I made my own out of cardboard. The price makes me understand why they had to not include one, and the actual product is great, so 5 stars!
