I really love the sound and feel of these strings! They are a little thinner than my old strings were, which makes it easier to hit notes as I get closer towards my bridge. When I first bought these, the D string broke right away. I sent an email and got a prompt reply. They sent me a whole new set as a replacement for the D string, which I got within a few days! I am very satisfied with these strings and the great customer service!

Just a beginner cello player here, so can't vouch for sound vs MUCH more expensive strings. But, My beginner cello does have awesome tone, with the old strings, and also with these. It sounds perfect to my ear and fantastic. The strings look well crafted and feel great. So, five stars and especially for the good price.

Quite good for the cost. I was doubtful that they would hold tuning for long but they worked great.

I used these to re-string an old hurdy gurdy. It was originally strung with 4 A violin strings. Sounded horrible, but now is actually kinda cool sounding. Now I have to learn to play it.

The D string on my electric cello broke. It is a budget backup instrument so I I am looking for an inexpensive replacement string. These strings came in well packaged. I replaced the D string. The tension dropped quick a lot in the first a couple of days. Then stabilized after 10 days. It is definitely better than the string that came with the electric cello. Will update how it lasts.

Bought these for my daughter after she broke her D string. I'm sure the sound wouldn't be great for a professional, but these were perfect for her student sized cello.
