I liked that I could order the exact same thing from Amazon ( and get quickly) as I could from the mailbox manufacturer. Our door didn’t close until we got this part in and put on mailbox. So very thankful that Amazon had the exact part we needed.

Mailbox door wouldn't stay closed due to a broken/missing roller. This was a perfect fix... it's adjustable to get the right amount of tension. I reused my existing screws since the packaged screws were too long for my mailbox.

I needed this sine after 17.5 years the roller the that's attached to the spring on my door has cracked apart. Two crews and this fixed the door closing problem.
