My machine has mostly sat unused for the last 2 years. When I decided to use it again I ran an empty cycle and as expected, some yellow water and stuff floating in my cup so I ordered this descaling solution. The first shipment was damaged in transit but I finally got the replacement. I ran the descaler through my machine and after the first dirty looking cup, the water looked pretty clean.Near the end, I added a cleaning pod. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! So much black came out of my machine it looked like I'd brewed a cup of coffee. I'm sold! Three pods and another descaler round later, I finally feel comfortable drinking out of the Keurig again. Definitely worth the value, especially if, like me, you've had your machine for a long time and haven't cleaned it/have let it sit.

First of all this product does work as described and was great at cleaning my single serve Keurig. The descaler and k cups were simple to use and did a great job.My complaint was how this came packaged. Two of the cup cleaners were either damaged in shipping or before shipping and the powder from them had leaked in the package and they were almost empty making them unusable. Two out of four being damaged was a bit disappointing. I think the supplier should check those before they are packaged and perhaps package them a bit more carefully.Again, the product does work as described but I was bummed two of the pods were damaged.

This product is every bit as good as the official Keurig brand, but for a way better dollar value. The instructions are on the bottle, and are easy to understand.

Tried to descale an older Capresso. Discovered that was not the problem. The machine died. Just bought a new one.

I followed the bottle instruction to the T. When I tried to repeat it again as instructed and after the wait time required, my Keuriq machine stopped working and I can't get it restart. I don't know what happened, but I returned the product to get my money back, and now I have to go buy another machine. Very upsetting!
