My crew and I just finished hanging, mudding and sanding 145 sheets of drywall in a 100+ yr old house. This sander is great for ceilings (with the pole attachment) and walls. It is quick and we keep a supply of all the different grits of sandpaper. It especially excels in doing corners. This is my 4th one since everyone wants to use them

I liked this sander mostly because it fit the sanding pads that I got on clearance. Bought 325 triangle sanding pads for 5.00 so I needed a way to use them. This sander was a perfect fit. I already had the round one and it works great so I figured the triangle would be the same. Works better in corners, can get in tighter but still need to touch up by hand. All in all it's perfect until I run out of pads.

Very easy to move around corners and edges. Wish I bought this before I bought the round one.

This sander is great! It doesn't flip, gets into corners and most important to me, it has a smooth rubber perimeter that protects wall corners from getting gouged or grooved like they do with a standard wall sander by the sandpaper that folds around the edge.

the base is very nice quality-- nice metal base, nice pad, and fits a standard extension pole (same pole that my rollers and squeegee's use, that have a threaded plastic tip). the sand paper by full circle is decent quality. TIP: when you remove the sandpaper, be sure you are not tearing the velcro off the base-- it is easy mistake to make, but once you are aware of that, is easily avoidable.I used it to sand a 30x 15 room that I mudded and I found the triangle worked great on the edges, corners in particular which is intended for, but also did fine on large open expanses. and my mud was DIY so, it needed a good bit of sanding and I gave this thing a work out.also I liked the "hand grip" they sell-- it was nice for finishing touches to not have it on the pole and have a firm grip.finally, I really liked the velcro sandpaper which never tore or came off. much better experience than old fashioned sanding blocks where you attach a sheet.

MUCH better than the normal rectangular pole sander. Compared to the round version of the same, this is great for doing edges and corners. Get both this and the round one - WELL worth the cost.
