Very good product. Front - infinity perfect 5.1. Rear - alpine srp-50c. Amplifier rockwill db55. Sub - morel 12. Heavy speakers. Very good sound. Better than the rear. One minus! - very fragile plastic with clips for wires. Be careful, I am experienced, but when I pressed, I broke one mount. BMW 540 E39 (original size -5.25). The peculiarity of installation in the front doors of this model is because of the thick metal of the structure, it is necessary to cut 1cm of plywood on the door in a circle. Otherwise, the rubber membrane will be pressed.

I am an ex pro audio installer. I can say these are the best component set of anything I have ever put in. The amount of bass is better than many three way component sets, it sounds like 8" subs. Also the power handling and shear output volumn is incredible. The sound quality is also high performance. Yes, the crosssovers are massive, put together they are the size of a small amp, so you need to plan on making room. The tweets come with three different mounting options and everything you need to mount them. The main speakers are massive although mount depth is not much more than a low end counterpart, just check the mount depth specs first if you are concerned. I remeber back when this set was bringing around $500 and for the price now you can not beat it. You will not be sorry.

I do not really get what all the rave reviews are about except maybe because I have mine in my kick panel, I might be losing most of the sound, plan to move them, I will note, I have one that is defective, it has been that way for over a year, does not look blown but sounds blown, of courts the warranty period is only 30 days so beware!

I had a good transaction for purchase of this product, and the infinity kappa perfect speakers are awesome. Outstanding clarity; definitely a couple levels above my old alpine type R speakers. The infinity kappas are very bright, so I set the crossover jumper to -4db (tweeter has 3 volume settings). I also covered them slightly from the side to quiet them further and to stop lateral reflections in the car cabin. A little quarter sized cover over the woofers (dynaudio style) softened the ear sensative 2khz range, and now they sing beautifully and evenly. I couldn't be happier.

Always been a fan of Infinity, and still are. Currently running these in a 3-way setup using the 6.5" kappa perfect woofer as a mid-bass driver. I've seen reviews where folks say the perfect line (5.25") Is really light (bass wise) and sounds a little harsh. I can agree it sounds light but as most know, a 5.25" is more of a mid-range speaker. Can't expect it to blow you away with mid-bass. It having an aluminum cone also adds to it having that punchy mid-range boost (right out the box) but I can assure you, if you know how to use an EQ, you can tweak that easily and have them sounding exactly how you want them. Trust, the Perfect series delivers. If you're still skeptical, you may want to stick to the Kappa series or even the new Perfect line as they use carbon fiber cones. Either way (and in my book), you can't go wrong with Infinity. ~peace~

As the name states, they're Perfect. Owned many of the Reference & Kappa series in all shapes & sizes. These Perfect series out perform all of them. Insane fidelity at all power ranges. Never heard a better sounding speaker. Own the 6.5" series too.

I purchased these speakers because I have a pair in my front doors. The sound is superb and it matches perfectly with my jl audio 300/4. If you have never tried these speakers you best get them before there gone.
