This tube seems to be very well built. Engineering is a little weak. The cross bar shown with the net slides as soon as you sit in the tube, that will need to be modified with some double sick tape and about 3 or 4 zip ties to prevent the sliding. The seat straps will slip and need to secured in a more vertical position in my opinion. Also, if you look at website photos and my third picture the mounts for rod holder and fish finder are in different places. Where they are located on my float are absolutely useless and in the way of the oar holders. If the mounts were placed per website photos the use of the rod holder and fish finder would be great, but then using the oars would be a challenge with those two items in the way for proper paddle strokes. So in conclusion, if you want to use the mounts delete the oars and visa versa.

So the product is made well with the parts and tube material. Heavy duty seat and vinyl. When I first got the float tube I was super excited about the oars. The first down fall was no instructions. It was a guessing game putting it together. When I got on the water, the float worked as just that, a float. I am 6’4†and 255 lbs. I placed the Velcro seat back 3/4 of the way towards the back. I had to because of the oar placement. Any further back with the seat, water would get in the voided space behind the seat and the back would be in the water when I rowed. There are two huge down falls with this float. 1) oar placement just does not work. They would either hit me when rowing or hit the fish finder mount or pole holder. Everything is in the way and you can only row with small strokes. Pole holder should be placed behind the seat. Way too much stuff going on in a small area. Back of tube nose needs to be angled higher. The second and biggest down fall is the engineering of the front support pole. It is worthless. There is no lock in place or end pockets, so it slides back and forth which allows the tube to cave inward and also nothing to lock it in place. So the pole just keeps popping out. Its just a little rubber half moon holder with no end pockets to hold it in place. For the price, very disappointed. They need a engineer to redesign this item and make it work for fisherman. The most dangerous part. I leaned over to net a fish and because of the front support pole failure, I actually tipped and fell in the water with my waiters on because the pole slipped out of the rubber holder that has no lock on it. That was a scary moment in 45 degree water having to flip the tube back over, lost a pole that was in the holder, and pull myself back up with water in my waiters. Would not suggest or recommend this product until they make it safer.

The. Picture in the ad shows the fish finder and rod holder in top. The one that showed up to my has has them in the side where the paddles hit them. The spots that the oars snap into is just for looks. So disappointed in this

Float came with no instructions. The oars did not have a large enough hole to fit on the attachment post. I fixed this by simply drilling the hole larger. The patch kit had the float valve handle in it and one rubber patch but no glue and I think it should have come with more than one patch. Looks like I will be buying some glue and patches. The spreader bar attachment and oar attachments are very stiff but hopefully with some use they will stretch open enough to insert the pipe in them. Otherwise the float looks good and should meet my needs. Oh, one small thing is the fish scale is in cm and US fishing regulations are usually in inches.

Said next day delivery, came 5 days later and was missing the fins. You can tell that the fins would never fit in the box so I believe it was deliberate and untruthful on what actually comes with the float tube. I would not recommend this one.

This is a really solid and well built tube. The only problem I have is the oar locks are so close to the seat that they don't really work like the oars on an actual boat. They work fine for light rowing and they can give your legs a rest but don't expect to go very fast.
