The paddle board and backpack are amazing. The pump broke after one use which was really disappointing because we were mid blow up when it happened. After talking to the seller, they refunded us for the new pump we had to buy. Outstanding customer service!

This board is beyond unstable. The pump was crappy and took an hour to pump up, the valve doesn’t hold air unless plugged, to elaborate I took the pump out and it drained back to 2 psi (out of 15), I had to pump it up twice. A phone bag is included but is bad quality I don’t recommend this product.

I was able to carry it in the backpack style bag, pump it up myself and actually get on it the first day at the lake!Too bad we are at the tail end of summer, next year, I'll be a master on the SUP!

My kids were super excited about this paddle board. Overall who we opened it it seemed like great quality. It came with a paddle and great bag that you could store it in that was also a backpack. My kids got it for Christmas, so other than blowing it up once, to see how it worked when we got it, nearly 3.5 months later is when we used it, so unfortunately we can't return.We realized on the first time usage it this week, there is a small leak. it still holds air, but you can hear the air coming out. Then on the first day of usage, the handle that is attached to the board totally ripped off! So now it's very difficult to carry anywhere without 2 people or deflating it.Overall, was super excited about this product but the very little wear it's had, it hasn't held up so it was a waste of money. :(
