I was so excited to get my sauna blanket. I read the directions and followed the recommended settings. The first night I tried it out was for 30 minutes at 60 and then upped it to 75 for another 20 minutes and barely broke a sweat. I decided to try it again the next night and placed the temp on the highest temp possible for 30 minutes and never broke a sweat. Highly disappointed

This is very nice and very well made? But in my opinion it doesn't get hot enough to be called a sauna blanket unless you wear a really heavy sweat suit while you're in it. It was very warm.. But I didn't really work up a good sweat like I thought I would. Still it helps a lot with my arthritis and my fibromyalgia. It is very simple to clean and the directions are very clear. Overall I am pleased with my purchase

I was tea thinking it would be too small for me . But for the price I thought I would take a chance. It fits fine . The timer and the heat temperature helps me stay on schedule

Just open it since I received it and the first thing I noticed, inside was burnt, so I’m afraid to use it, I was soooooo excited about it.

I was disappointed in the size. I cannot zip it all the way up. I am going to keep it because I do like the sleeves.
