The sauna was shipped in a very secure crate. It took my wife and me about 40 minutes to unpack and assemble. It heats quickly, has bluethooth and several different light color choices. We have enjoyed the time in the sauna, especially during this cold winter.

Gets up to about 138 degrees. Takes about 35 minutes to heat up. Only negative thing is windows do fog up because it’s such a small space. I would suggest if you’re a tall person or heavier weight this sauna is not a good fit, Just because it’s so tiny. I’m 5’2†and 120 pounds and I feel tight squeeze even haha. But over all I’m happy and it works well. Descent price and super easy to assemble.

The price is great but you get what you pay for. Take about 30 to 40 minutes to reach top temp which is 149 f; that's too long. Additionally, the bottom Heating panel under the seat is ineffective (there is a video reviewthat has the same complaint). The upper panels work great, but that bottom one is useless 😑; my feet are still cold while I'm sweating from my upper body. There is also some gapping in the door which makes it worse, i used some weather stripping to mitigate the cool air from making it even colder due to the poor heating panel below. I will say this, they have great customer service, and they were very responsive but really couldn't do much about the design flaws. The look is great, and the Bluetooth is pretty cool. I was on the verge of returning but felt I could deal with these few flaws over the hassle of shipping it back.In retrospect I'd opt for a traditional one to 2 person sauna for the few extra thousand; especially given that I use the sauna often.

Is a very nice Item, it was easy to assemble so far, I enjoy it so much, it was well packaged!
