I wasn't expecting high quality for this price, but I got it. Very pleased with the quality of these railing supports. Heavier and more solid than I expected. They look great and are easy to install thanks to the pivot ability. Quick delivery and great product. Would definitely but again.

I've gone back and forth on these.The quality is nice. There is no denying that. Heavy duty and substantial. But man are they a pain to install. It's like the manufacturer was thinking, "how can we take these nice brackets and design them in such a way that they frustrate anyone who uses them?" They accomplished this by providing worthless instructions, screws that likely won't work for most people, and only one of the two hex wrenches you'll need to install them. Once you get the proper supplies and teach yourself how to install them, good luck getting them secure, level, and aligned.I was finally able to get close to what I wanted through much trial and error and am relatively satisfied. They look nice. But not sure if I'd buy them again in the future.

Clean cut modern bracket, ease of use.As a railing tradesman for over 4 decades, we recommend this product. I see that user "Mr Ken" also found it more sensible to install the wall plate in the tall position rather than horizontal (contrary to mfg suggestion) for greater strength. This is for max support. It's likely that a 3rd party improperly generated the documentation. For fast install, use either soap or wax on the lag stud threads, and drive into a predrilled 7/32" hole using a drill with lag stud chucked in tightly. Complete the fine tuning of the lag stud with a good quality vise grip. This way, you won't be returning the product. My client asked if they can post a review on our site

The folks at Inline Design are fantastic. I used their produce for a rather long railing and it looks and functions excellently. The hindged railing bracket made for a perfect fit as the railing did have varying angles. Can't go wrong.

This product gets 5 stars for the look, which I'm very pleased with. But 3 stars because it didn't come with a 5mm hex wrench it said was required to install the most important component, the wall bracket. We brought the wall bracket to Lowes and tried everything available and no hex wrench fit which was very odd. We ended up settling for a star bit for the wrench and as you can imagine, by the third bracket install, it was stripped and we had to install the wall bracket using vice grips. Fortunately we got it to work in the end, but really there's no reason why it shouldn't come with the required wrenches. It did come with the 2.5mm hex wrench.

I’ve never written a review in my life until today. This is the absolute worst product I’ve ever dealt with. These brackets are pathetic. Little tiny set screws with hex ends that literally strip out in the first turn and are supposed to give the strength to stabilize a hand rail, for safety. A 5 inch lag bold, also with the only method of screwing into a stud with another tiny hex end thy strips out before you are half way into the stud.I’m the fool for buying this product, but If anyone reads this review and buys this product, you are twice the fool. Don’t do it, don’t even think about it. Better off just falling down the stairs than using this product.
