Great workout tool, I recently injured my knee and I’m unable to lift my weights. I can sit in my chair and get a great upper body workout. It works your chest, shoulders, back and arms. This is the best of these I have found. The grips are the difference.You have to be very careful with these not to hurt your wrist when you start to do the exercise. The grips help to stabilize your wrist a little. It is still best to start out the bending over your knee.Since the grips have two positions, you increase the resistance by using the inner grips. Great to have two of these in one so you can progress with the same device.

Excellent. Love it. Good quality. My favorite feature is the 4 handles with grooves for your fingers which allow you to place your hands closer to increase the resistance and be able to put them again at that same position every time you work out, as opposed to others that I've seen here on Amazon that only have one long smooth handle per hand with no grooves.

They really should stop selling these things - and I should stop buying them. I had one growing up and they worked great, but these bars are just so cheap, and they take so long to break in, you are liable to mess up a joint trying. They are mechanically unsound anyway, putting way to much stress on your should joints. The modern power twister powers are a lot better. I recommend the hot wave ultimate twister- a lot better from quality and physiology standpoints

The bar is a lot shorter than I expected it to be–almost 6" shorter than the worn out twister bar I intended to replace with this one. Using the inner handholds makes it even shorter. I definitely will be checking the length should I ever order another one of these.
