Product is very sturdy and protects the lens on the insta 360. A rock hit the lens pretty hard and only a small crack was left behind. It sure saved me from spending money on a new insta 360. It’s also super easy to install it.

Surprisingly fragile, as I dropped my camera with the silicone cover and it instantly cracked, but that's literally what they are for, to protect the actual lens.It's really easy to replace and install on the camera, just buy some extras because they do love cracking if you drop it even with the camera cover.

I put on the ones that came in the kit I bought (non-premium), and when I got to the bottom of my first slope, One was missing. I was pretty sure I put it on right, but thought I should try again.This time I bought the premium guards. I followed the instructions carefully. One rattled when I shook the camera. One did not. I took them off. Tried again. Still one rattled, but it seamed to be attached fairly well.On my 3rd run of the day, it was gone. One stayed one; one did not. I bought those with an Amazon Gift Card, so I didn’t have the purchase protection of a credit card. I highly recommend you either skip them, or buy with a credit card that protects you. They just don’t stay one. I can return the whole camera until January 31, and think that’s what I should do. I can’t afford to scratch the primary lens and ruin a $500 camera, and can’t afford to spend $40 for lens protectors every time I ski.

Having lost one of the lens guards that comes with the camera, I need a new set. These were inexpensive and they fit really well. Nice positive click when they’re installed and locked into place. They’re very clear and don’t give any real distortion in the footage. A few months in and they’re still scratch free.

Great premium quality. the lens guard that I got out of the box got scratched during our vacation and it wasn't a big scratch but on the footage, it's noticeable. I went with the premium for replacement and I realized that I should've got one and instead of settling with the regular lens guard. It's pretty pricey but the feel of it is definitely worth it. It was a similar installation as the regular and it functions as expected. perfect fit for my Insta360 X4

The first set of premium lens guards were impossible to lock into place on the Insta360 X4. The standard lens guards were no problem to lock into place but the premium ones were impossible to twist into place. I contacted Insta360 customer support and they were not able to come up with a solution. So I returned the premium lens guards and waited a couple months to see if Insta360 fixed the issue. They have!With the 2nd set of premium lens guards I was able to twist into lock position with the same effort I used on the standard lens guards.

I compared the video i took with the lens guard that came with the insta 360x4 and with the premium lens guard, and what a big difference in clarity. premium lens definitely provides a better quality video. It's worth the money.

I bought with my x4 after my theta1 fell over and broke. These covers don’t affect image at all. Took it to Europe for some 360 pics and they look great. No issues with minor bumps. No scratches etc.

Y dirás...que hago comprando esto cuando vienen incluidas en la cámara?Pues por que mi hermano, fue torpe y se le calló con el palo selfie incluido.Por suerte este protector se sacrificó por la lente, como esta diseñado para hacer jaja y ahora lo tengo rallado por la tierra.Asà que aquà estoy gastando lo que vale, muy contento de no tener que tirar la cámara a la basura.
