Exactly what an uneasy mom needs to feel better about allowing her baby to sleep in their crib. Easy to assemble. Easy to set up and download app. Great choice for the money. You can also see at night which I really liked. You don't have to buy the subscription to use this. You are able to open the app and check in baby at anytime, take pictures/videos. You can talk to baby or hear them talk. With the subscription it will send you notifications if baby moves or stops breathing. There is also a free trial to text out the subscription before you decide to buy it.

I’ve been using the InstaBaby Smart Baby Monitor with the floor stand, and I’m really impressed! The setup was incredibly simple—just a few minutes, and I had the live feed up and running. The picture quality is crystal clear, and I love how reliable the connection is through WiFi. I mainly use it for the live feed, which is completely free, and it does exactly what I need it to.There are additional features like the breathing monitor, cry and motion alerts, but those require a subscription. Since I’m just using it to keep an eye on my baby via live video, I didn’t find the subscription necessary. That said, the live feed works flawlessly, and I feel reassured knowing I can always check in.The floor stand is a great addition, making it easy to move around and place anywhere in the room. Overall, if you’re looking for a simple and reliable baby monitor for live feed without needing the extra bells and whistles, this is a fantastic choice! Highly recommend it!

We immediately returned this item. We have several Kasa cameras through our apartment to keep it monitored and the image quality is great. So we ordered this camera to have a closer image to our baby but it has horrible image quality! It’s expensive and you can’t use it without your phone. So just get a high resolution security camera and place it secure by what you wish to monitor because baby monitors have been very disappointing. High prices and low quality.

I was looking for a baby monitor as there is a newborn living in the home. I decided to find one that is easy to operate and not too expensive. So far the instababy app is great and easy to use. I just open the app and can instantly see the newborn. My old monitor I was only able to view the side or face of the baby but now I can see the entire baby because the camera faces the top of the baby. I like how it also tracks breathing rate and movement which I think is important. I also like how I can invite other members of the family to look at the baby in case I cannot look at it since I need to go to sleep too. This camera is a life saver and suggest you give it to try for a different baby monitoring experience

This baby camera has been a lifesaver! The setup was quick, and the image quality—both day and night—is fantastic. I love the app’s smooth connectivity, allowing me to monitor my baby from anywhere. The two-way audio and motion detection are great features, and the camera covers all angles with its pan and tilt function. Plus, the temperature monitor is a nice bonus.If you’re looking for a reliable baby monitor, this one is perfect!

I got this baby monitor to keep an eye on my tiny baby. The camera is great and looks good on screen. However, the app is the worst. It doesn't track accurate movement or activity. It freezes all the time. Notifications come in randomly, even when my son isn't in the crib. I would say that the app really brings the value down - it's not worth purchasing because of it.

Love this product. so easy to set up, can have the app on multiple devices. only thing i would change is that the app could be open while you’re using other apps.

You get what you pay for I suppose. My first baby monitor was very expensive and cost several hundred dollars. I moved it to our baby's room but wanted something to keep an eye on our toddler. I didn't want something super expensive and this seemed nice so I bought it. The main annoyance are the two shining bright lights that bother my toddler as he's trying to sleep. I messaged customer support (who are very responsive and helpful) and they said there is no way to turn them off. My more expensive monitor has an option to turn off all lights on the monitor so they're not blinding the child.Also, the app is very bare bones. There are not a lot of features. I noticed there is a lot of lag too. When I spoke to my son via the app, it took a solid 30 seconds before it actually came out through the monitor. Again, my more expensive monitor has no lag like this.The picture quality is decent and setup was easy. I haven't had any connection problems either, just the lag. I can't speak to the subscription features as I didn't feel I needed it for a 3 year old. Overall, if you're just looking to be able to check in on your child this monitor is fine. If your child has a sensitivity to lights though, 2 bright red lights staring at them might not be ideal. I'm giving this 3 stars instead of 1 mainly because of how responsive and nice customer service was. They really went out of their way to try and help me even though there was no solution.
