Favorite baby monitor. Easy to link with others from the company and if you have a problem linking them chat with the company. They stood by their product for me. Easy to use and install. Good quality sound and picture!

The battery life on this thing is impressive. If you set it to go dark when baby isn’t moving, the battery will last all night without needing charged. The only thing I’m upset about is that the second one I ordered said “open box - like new†but it was not like new. It looks slightly used and one of the chargers was not the correct charger at all. It was definitely misleading which was disappointing. Amazon is usually great about reflecting the condition of lower priced items that were returned, but they dropped the ball this time. The new one I purchased is great though. The video quality is incredible, it’s like being in the room with them. We have a large house and I never lose signal going from one end to the other, so the range is great too. The size of the camera is nice too, it can pan around the whole room without missing any spots and the monitor is big as well.

I purchased this baby monitor expecting it to be reliable, but it has been nothing but a headache. First and foremost, this product is not compatible with the newest iPhone or iOS update, which is not mentioned anywhere on the product page. After countless emails to customer support, all they suggested was resetting the device, which I did repeatedly with no success. Finally, when I spoke with their support team, I was bluntly told that there’s no fix for the iOS compatibility issue. Despite acknowledging this, they refused to offer any solution or refund, citing that I purchased it from Amazon and it’s been over 45 days.Aside from this major flaw, the overall performance is poor:– Constant connectivity issues: The monitor frequently disconnects, leaving you worried about whether it's functioning.– Significant delay in video and audio: The delay between real-time events and what you see/hear on the monitor is unacceptable, making it hard to trust it as a reliable baby monitor.– Night vision is terrible: The image quality is extremely blurry at night, which defeats the purpose of having a monitor to check on your baby in the dark.Overall, I would not recommend this monitor to anyone, especially if you have an iPhone or plan to upgrade to the latest iOS. For the price, I expected much more, and the lack of communication about such a major compatibility issue is frustrating. Save yourself the hassle and choose a more reliable product.

I was little hesitant to buy this after reading all the review but still decided and purchased this as I made up my mind to return this in case if not satisfied after using it.. now I am glad that I have this product and it really helps me to monitor my baby all the time through the display to has and also from phone when I am outside.. Battery life is good and I am not seeing any issues after a week usage in the display battery.. motion detection is excellent, night mode and picture quality everything is good.. I I’m love this product and I am very happy with it..

I wanted to wait a few months to use this before writing a review.So far this baby monitor has worked well. There has been a few frustrations but for the most part it works as intended.The good:-Large screen-Clear picture-Good sound-Camera is able to move around and zoom in/out-I like that it has a dimming mode. After so much time the screen will dim so it’s not so bright in your face all night.The bad:-We have had several instances where the monitor just doesn’t work. It says it’s not connected to the camera. Sometimes we have to unplug the camera just to get the monitor to work again. It was happening quite often in the beginning. So much so that my husband wanted to return it. Practically every time we tried turning it on it wouldn’t work at first. We always had to wait 5-10 minutes, turn the monitor off and on a few times or just unplug the camera in order for the screen to come up. But recently we haven’t had any more issues. I began to realize if I tried turning the monitor on while it was plugged up it seemed to cause issues. If I take it off the wall plug in and then turn it on it doesn’t have any issues. Not sure why that is. But just be aware. Other reviews mention this problem as well.-The battery sucks. There’s no kind way to put it. The monitor will barely last 2 hours. Even if you have it turned off. Once you take it off the wall plug-in don’t expect it to last long. Even if it’s turned off all the way the battery still drains. This is something vtech really needs to look at improving.

I'll keep the short and sweet. Set up was fast. No surprises. All the features work is promised. Great peace of mind for watching our 23-year-old dog who sometimes needs help in the night.

I love that is able to mount on the wall. You can move the camera angle and talk through it. I like that it has a temperature sensor for the room and that there is a parent unit and an app that you can use to watch your baby. The app also lets you have a mini window screen to watch your baby while you use your phone. Very happy with this baby monitor.

Me parece un excelente producto. Es nÃtida la imagen y el sonido es claro. Lo mejor es que desde donde esté (mi oficina) puedo ver a través del celular a mi bebé mientras está en casa. La única debilidad es la baterÃa, pero nada extraordinario, se puede mantener conectado, y cuando realmente sea necesario desconectarlo. Gran producto.

Works as expected with one missing feature.. the camera unit always has to be plugged in with charger .. and doesn’t have a battery backup so cannot be placed anywhere.
