Love this! I've had for years now and it's held up wonderfully. Affordable and works great. Suction cups on the bottom, all the right attachments. I made cookies, breads, whipped cream, bagels, everything in this thing.

I use this mixer near daily! It kneads dough very well and can make so many cookies at one time! It has a lot of power, great capacity, lightweight to move around, and it is so easy to use! Just set the timer and you can focus on something else! I was a little bit worried about going from my kitchen aid to this, but my kitchen aid has sat in my canning room since I bought this almost a year ago! “Only a year ago?†You may ask, questioning its durability. Let me tell you, I run a home bakery, and it has seen some stuff! I regularly churn out a triple batch of pretzel/bagel dough, one right after another, with this mixer! You’d never know. It slows down a little bit when doing such a large quantity (which is honestly probably out of the range the booklet recommends) but I can’t imagine any other machine wouldn’t! I have butcher block and have never experienced any rocking. I have used all of the attachments, and they all work great! I mostly use the dough hook and beater. Love the pouring shield, but hardly use that, either. When there is mess from baking, it is so easy to wipe up! I was a little worried that the knob in the back to release everything would be hard to adjust to, but it’s honestly not! It does make it a little hard to reach back when I have a spook with a lot of wet stuff on it, but nothing I haven’t been able to adjust to!My only two complaints:One: only one bowl. As I said before, I am a home baker. Having to wash my only bowl in between each recipe can get annoying and time consuming when I am also needing to shape a million pretzels, swap cookies in the oven, etc. I really wish another bowl was available already for purchase. The lack of another bowl has been the reason I have not yet purchased another. Don’t want to have to clean two bowls at a time! Haha.Two: does not come in pink :( Would loooooove a pink Instant mixer! A cute pastel pink to go with the blue!

I have a Kitchen Aid that uses bowl lift and have had it for close to a decade. I’ve always struggled to fit the bowl into the mixer (my mother never had better luck with it either, both of us dreaded having to fit the bowl into the mixer) and it never reached the bottom of the bowl. I troubleshooted endlessly and watched so many videos (how much time have I spent watching the paddle attachment toss a dime around the bowl?) and I had so many issues with the uneven mixing (or just completely untouched and unmixed at the bottom of the bowl).In short, my entire stand mixer experience has often left me near tears and dreading when I’d have to use it next.I haven’t had any issues with this Instant stand mixer. I had bought it only because on sale (I kept telling myself my kitchen aid stand mixer was still functional, even if every time I used it was a stressful experience) but I have no regrets. I tested it with the paddle, whisk, and hook attachments and have so far had zero issues. The fact it’s not a bowl lift means it’s easy to fit the bowl in and I’ve had no issues with mixing. In fact, my pizza dough came together more quickly and with less fuss than before. I used to have to keep adding more flour than the recipe called for because even after 30 (!!!) minutes of mixing sometimes the dough still wouldn’t come together as a ball. Without excess flour, the dough came together and it wasn’t as sticky and tacky as the dough I made with my kitchen aid.Long story short: using this mixer has been effortless and intuitive, clean up has been a dream, and it’s surprisingly light so storage and transporting it to the counter has been a breeze. I’d give it 6 out of 5 stars if I could only because I don’t dread using the mixer like I did with my kitchen aid.I’ve only had the time to try a few recipes before this review, but I will update this if my experience changes over time or with different recipes.

This is such a great mixer! I've made bread several times and cookies this week. The only downside is sometimes the cookie batter has to be scraped down from the sides of the bowl because it's so big, but at the same time, I love how big it is because I make bread a lot and need a big bowl. The quality of the parts is fantastic and being able to put almost everything in the dishwasher makes life so much easier.

I had time upgrade from my 800 watt Cuisinart that finally failed after 15 years of hard labour. I researched to find the most wattage for my needs, which includes weekly bread making. I was intrigued by this model. The suction is strong, so it stays put. I love the digital features. And the bowl is BIG. I don't have the issue of the dough creeping over the lip of the hook and gumming up the machine. I've used it for 4 batches of bread so far and it's made me so happy. Highly recommend for those that need a workhorse with some style.
