By the time it arrived my existing one had started back working and I sent it back didn’t mind paying the freight charge but didn’t like a restock charge

Purchased this to replace my original that finally died after 13 years. I took the old one out and installed the new one (hard wired) turned the power back on and the chlorinator fired right up. I see allot of people complaining about a missed power cord, but this unit is meant to be hard wired. If you’re looking to plug this in using an actual prong plug, you’re using it wrong.

Ordered the Pentair power center for the salt chlorine generator and it didn't work. Installed it and there was zero power output. Having a lot of trouble trying to return it, but at $500, I will make sure they honor their warranty.

Easy to install and configure. Would have given it 5* if it came with a plug. You need to have a little bit of electrical know-how for this one.
