I have to say that I was extremely impressed with this purchase! My 9 year old son is learning about the different countries and I thought this would be a wonderful way for him to understand and see everything with his own eyes. The scratch off feature is really fun for him and as we learn about each country he is so thrilled to be able to reveal it! It's really bright and beautiful and seems quite sturdy and made of high quality materials. I will probably be buying another one for my nephew after seeing how much my son loves it. I do have to say that this globe would also make a great gift for an adult, I am really enjoying it too. Great purchase all around!

The size of the globe makes it easier to read the labels. The colors are vibrant. With the flip of the switch the globe goes dark and the various constellations are illuminated!Very impressive and easy to understand.

Beautiful and accurate topical depiction of the earth and also of its constellations. Lightweight to transport to different locations.The box the globe comes in is unmarked, and there is no paperwork or booklet inside to provide any information. I found this strange and unhelpful in setting it up.Also the Earth squeaks on its axis and I don't know how to correct that.

It arrived quickly but the base with the lights was completely broken off and rattling around inside the globe. Amazon put the box containing the globe in another box 3X the size with only a bit of paper. But also the rim on the base that the globe sits on is very, very thin, it needs to be a bit more thick. It was broken in more than a dozen tiny pieces.I decided it would be simpler and easier to fix it myself than return it. I had to rewire and solder it, then rebuild the base. It wasn't difficult. The globe it very nice, I don't think the pictures do it justice. The colours are great.

This globe is much nicer than another one I purchased. It's sturdy, heavy enough so it doesn't fall over when you spin it, and the light up feature is awesome. The silver stand looks really nice and the globe has a glossy finish.

This globe is great sturdy quality. My toddler loves to twirl it around and look at all the different countries! He loves when I explain to him all the places we visited and he has a great time scratching off the countries. When we are not using it as a learning activity, it sits beautifully on display. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a globe with an activity perk!

I gave it to my daughter for her birthday, she is 9 years old. She liked itâ¤it’s big only in the equatar, it’s a little unstuck, but it’s fixable. The delivery came 6 days earlier. Our whole family liked itâ¤

My family have been looking for a globe for a while, and after considering some more expensive options, we decided to try this one. The globe itself is beautiful and quite large. It looks great as a display item. Really like the night mode too. Highly recommended.

Wow, what a great product. We have bought this for our 5 year old daughter to teach her where all our family is from and for her to get an understanding of the world we live in. The base has a good weight to it so it feels and looks of great quality. The night feature is great and a lovely addition.
