Perfect. Just what we needed to climb into our above ground pool. This ladder assembles easily with clear assembly instructions and comes with spare screws, nuts, and washers. Well made and absolutely sturdy. Perfect size for any pool up to 42" wall height. There are some manufactured defects like the plastic edges were not all smooth, but that is easily resolved with fine grit sandpaper; and a piece of sharp cut metal found, which we finely ground down to a smooth surface... none of these were an issue... all fixed. As per other reviews, the top gap at the top steps for a small person may be a little wide for absolute comfort to cross, but it isn't to bad of a step for most, I think. One reviewer did create a fantastic platform for their child, and that is such a wonderful idea, I may give this a try if my daughter begins to lose confidence... it happens... one day their brave, the next, not so much... ha... I am just glad my child can hop into the pool all by herself (with supervision, of course). First, before I go, thank you, fellow consumers. I like that it's so light that I can remove it for safety. It feels a little precarious standing at the top to turn and go down the other side. Wish there was a solid tp. Feels sturdy when doing so, however.

I don’t often leave reviews but I was just so blown away by the amazing customer service and quality of this company. I ordered this pool ladder and the first time it was supposed to be delivered it didn’t make it to my house. It probably just accidentally got delivered somewhere else. I contacted the seller and I got an email response right away and they offered a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement and received it just a couple of days later! Perfect customer service! Very easy to deal with. The instructions were super easy to put it together and it took me about 10 minutes to assemble it. It feels very strong and sturdy as well. I am super happy with my purchase!! I highly recommend buying from this company if you need a good quality pool ladder!!

I was concerned over the flag "frequently returned item", but no problems here. I have a 33" high Intex pool and it works great. I did not install the top step as it would be too high for my pool sides (making it two steps high instead of three). It is on the narrow and light weight side. For average adults it's fine. For persons overweight or with mobility issues, maybe not. But for me, bargain price and fast shipping. Great!!

My package had one broken step brace and was missing the top cross brace bar (as pictured). I tried to contact the company expecting it to be a quick "we'll send out the broken and missing pieces." Unfortunately, it was a boilerplate email response that seemed like I was going to have to jump through many more hoops just to get these items. Just not worth the hassle, especially when reading reviews, it appeared that these particular items were frequently missing and/or broken. Disappointed. Not using it as it seems too unstable, cheaply made and far too much work just to get the two replacement pieces that were missing/broken.

This is a great pool ladder at a great price point. The ladder feels sturdy and has grip for wet feet. The assembly was pretty easy, and completed in under 15 minutes. The feet of the ladder are flat on the bottom to help avoid pool liner damage. This ladder is light enough to put in and take out easily, for pool safety when not in use. This product has my recommendation.
