This an exceptional scooper! It is so durable this thin is never breaking, for the cost of it, it is 100% worth it!!! I like the color and honestly, nothing gets stuck to it and I can properly scoop deep into the box with this. Makes my job much easier, honestly this is definitely made by someone who had a stressful time using other scoopers. Also it is not too big, it is very manageable. I would 100% recommend anyone who scoops to buy this!!!!

Monster Scoop indeed! With four cats, I have a lot to clean up, and this is my secret weapon. The construction is super solid, and the deep shovel design makes it easy to sift through litter quickly. It’s sturdy, comfortable to hold, and has been holding up great with daily use. Highly recommend!

I bought this to try and help myself out when scooping the cat boxes. I have two cats so I have 2 cat boxes and back issues and arthritis in my hands. I thought this would make it easier and less painful. The length is good and is made of metal, which I prefer so it won't break or snap while scooping. The length is good and helps so you don't have to stoop so far over if the cat box is on the floor. The handle has a good grip but for me, I found it to be a to big around which made it hard for me to grip good. If you can't get a good grip on this you have to move your hands further down. I know this is my own issue and is not the scoops. I gave this scoop away to a friend that has cats but has no issues with her hands. She loves it. I gave it 5 starts because you get a good quality product for a good price as advertised. If you have smaller hands and have any hands or arm issues this might not be the product for you.

I made two purchases at the same time I ordered this scoop. The first was for the "PetFusion Cat Litter Box Large (the BetterBox - set of 2). NON-STICK Coating for easier cleaning & superior hygiene. Litter pans made of stronger ABS" (search the entire term in quotations and you'll find the product). These litter boxes were one of the best things I'd ever bought! The second purchase, as you probably guessed, was for the "IPRIMIO Cat Litter Scooper with Deep Shovel" and outside of those boxes, this shovel was THE. BEST. PURCHASE. EVER!So, with the boxes, NOTHING STICKS. And I do mean _NOTHING_. =D With the scoops, there's nothing that CAN stick. Nothing that can stay behind! Its deep trough, its long handle, the weight of it, it's just all done RIGHT! Worth probably EVERY PENNY I paid for it ($12.95 for the scoop // $60 for two of the boxes), and possibly more, I was (and AM!) extremely satisfied.This scooper does everything I need (and meets the demands of everything I ask of it!). It's one of the hardest working tools in my arsenal when it comes to taking care of our kitties, and taking care of them is our responsibility!! If you are a new pet owner, or just a really old one like me (;DD), this will absolutely help you in the ways that you need! Just be careful! This scoop is made out of quality solid cast aluminum (not shoddy molded plastic). That means that it has the weight and heft of a _REAL_ engineered sifter! Keep your other hand up out of the way, or you might get a skinned knuckle or two! ;DSeriously, though! Trust me on this one and get this YESTERDAY. These folks know what they're doing and it's always nice to support local industry (especially when it's a product you can get behind!!). This company is from Michigan, and they say that customer satisfaction is their top priority! I can't really speak to that, since I had no reason to complain, but a company's word is just as important as their quality, so! I make mention of it! I would say this... if I had the occasion to give a scoop as a gift (like to an Auntie or a cousin or something like that!), I would give this scoop out like it came with a dozen cookies! ;D I would give this scoop to friends, neighbors, and co-workers alike! It's great, it really is! And I'm completely unbiased. Just one user who knows how to appreciate an amazing product when she sees it!!

This scooper does an excellent job with corners. It scrapes litter off the bottom of the box with ease. One of my litter boxes is an older, large rectangular box with straight sides and this scoop is ideal for it. It bulldozes through the litter and is so wide it can do the whole box in 3 passes. If I were only cleaning out the poo and large clumps, I could be done in 12 seconds. As I use clumping clay litter (Dr Evsey's or Integrity), the soiled litter can break off into small bits, and cleaning those out takes more time. I was afraid that the wide spacing between the slots would be too wide for the tiny bits, but I've found that if I go through the litter a few times and change directions (left to right as well as up and down) I can remove all the tiny bits of soiled litter.My other litterbox is a newer design with curved edges, slanted sides and rounded corners. The straight sides of this scoop are less ideal for the shape of this box--but handle it fine. For this box I scoop in a different direction, use shorter strokes and take a little more time--not a problem. My older litter scoop has rounded corners, which in some ways makes it better for the newer, rounded litterbox, BUT this newer scoop is still faster. This new scoop, with its wide, sturdy, straight edge is much better at scraping stuck litter from the bottom of the box and because the spade is so much bigger than my old scoop, it requires far fewer strokes.The spade of this scoop is HUGE. It's about 5 inches wide by almost 6 inches long by almost 2 inches deep. It is much, MUCH BIGGER than my older scoop. It is also heavier. My cat sitter said she finds it a little too heavy (she prefers a plastic scoop, but I find those to be too flimsy). The weight isn't a problem for me, but I think if this spade were a bit smaller (maybe 3/4ths the size?) I might find it easier to scoop in different directions. If the space between tines were a little narrower, it might require fewer passes, but then it might not work as well with some of the other types of litter. Because it's a little heavy and a little big and I'm not sure about the spacing, I would give it 4-1/2 stars instead of 5.Overall, I'm pleased with this scoop. It's sturdy. It looks like a lot of thought went into it and it feels like a quality product. I chose this design over the older ones by iPrimio because the tines are shaped (reminds me slightly of the shape of my tangle-free hair comb). I'm not sure if the shaped tines help it to move through the litter, but I was impressed by how easily it plows through. Despite the Teflon coating, some litter does stick to the spade (but clumping clay litter always sticks--some brands more than others), so I don't use the holder (I prefer a bowl, to catch any litter that might fall off). I find most of any stuck litter comes off as I paw through the litter. I can scrape it off (or I assume it will wash off). The handle is ergonomic. It's a little wider than I prefer, but I have smaller hands than most people and I can grip it further down without a problem.It's a good scoop. I would recommend it to my friends.

Wonderful. It cleans up big,small and tiny pieces of care packages left by kitties. Love this scooper. Wish I would have gotten this before I spent so much money trying others.

Man kann damit dickere Brocken aus Pipi abkratzen und das Streu sickert zuverlässig durch. Für unser Streu sind die Abstände im Gitter optimal. Diese Schaufel spart mir Zeit und Nerven.

Tried to use it with clumping litter but hard to clean. Outer rim is slightly wider than inner spokes so litters stuck .. went back to my plastic scoop which is moulded as a single piece.

I felt compelled to review this scoop as it is just so good! Has a solid weighty feel and appears to have been forged/welded as one continuous piece with a soft grip handle. The bowl is a generous 13L x 10W x 4D (cm) and makes short work of clearing unwanted poop and pee from a large litter tray. What I like best is that it catches small lumps (Catsan natural clumping litter) of ‘debris’ which pass right through inferior scoops, making the job quick and effective. This scoop is pricey but the Rolls Royce of scoops and will probably outlast me and several cats!I’m off to see what else iPrimio make.

Seit über vierzig Jahren haben wir Katzen und demzufolge schon reichlich Erfahrung mit entsprechendem Equipment. Über die Anschaffung dieser Schaufel habe ich lange nachgedacht, habe mich von den vielen guten Bewertungen zum Kauf überreden lassen. Leider kann ich die Begeisterung nur wenig teilen.Ja, sie ist robust und sehr stabil. Aber sie hat auch ein entsprechendes Eigengewicht und wer sich mit physikalischen Gesetzen auskennt, kann sich vorstellen, dass durch die Stiellänge das Gewicht potenziert wird. D.h. die Schaufel ist in der Handhabung viel zu schwer und erleichtert das Aussieben nicht wirklich.Schade, die Idee ist gut, aber nicht ausgereift oder nicht für europäische Frauenhände konzipiert.Ich steige wieder auf die Kunststoffschaufeln um, auch wenn diese dann eben häufiger ersetzt werden muß.
