Great quality, sturdy, Great for my med size cat. The gate door was a little tricky to put on.My husband did it for me.I like that you can load or unload your pet from the top door or the side door.I bought a soft pet cushion on here to and made sure the measurements were a gd fit.I am very happy with this purchase Great for a cat or small dog.

This is fabulous for a kitten or small cat (7lbs or less). 8 lbs would be pushing it.My kitten is relaxed at the vet because you just pop the hinges and take the top off. She’s just sitting there in the bottom and the vet can easily look at her. No dragging a cat out and upsetting them.For longer trips the food dish is great to have. Sometimes I put a couple of toys in it. The blue color is nice. We could not be happier.

Me and my dogs have started to travel quite a bit and so for those longer drives I wanted to make sure they were properly secured. I found this crate for my smaller dog after some searching. And after reading the reviews it seemed decent enough. The product came in a timely manner and the package was undamaged when it arrived.Overall I was very happy with the crate when I received it. It was extremely easy to put together and was the perfect size for my dog for traveling in the car. For reference she's an 8 lb Pomeranian and the crate I purchased was the 18 inch version with the red bottom. When inside the crate she has room to stand up and curl up comfortably. She doesn't have room to spread out laying down; however it is important to remember I purchased this crate with the intent of traveling in the car. When traveling with a dog in crate you don't want them to have too much room. Heaven forbid you get in wreck you don't want them tumbling around in their crate too much.Some other things I liked about this crate is that is plenty of ventilation and came with a small bowl that hangs off the door. This was convenient as I didn't have to buy a bowl to go with it myself. The plastic it's made out of seems sturdy as well, not thin and cheap. The biggest thing I didn't like about the crate is that when put together the door has gaps on its side. For the price I paid for the crate I would have liked to see a more tightly fitted door. In the grand scheme of things its a minor flaw though and the crate still does the job. :)

I have 4 cats and use this to take my cats to the vet in this. It provides safety and security for the cats it is easy to take apart leaving the cat sitting comfortably in their safe space.

Thought the issue was that it had been put back together wrong after a vet visit, but even when properly assembled and secured (and checked over twice), it was not secured. Thank goodness we were indoors, because our cat got out of the carrier once it was closed. The snaps and door are not strong enough.

We only used it twice and the top door hinge broke. We bought a second carrier and that too broke right away in the same spot. My husband was able to fix the one but not the other. Very cheaply made.

Seems durable. I think this will work fine. My pet has chewed through soft sided carriers, hence why I got this one. I just am cautious about the clasps on the sides coming undone while carry my pup. Don't want him to run away...

The XS kennel does NOT screw or bolt together so it's probably not as secure as the larger kennels BUT I think it's fine for regular use as the clips are pretty tight and feel strong. It feels much sturdier than a slightly larger pet taxi petmate kennel I have.The plastic is very thick, I was even able to sit on top of the kennel without any buckling. My only complaint is that there is a decent gap around the wire door which isn't ideal for keeping snoots/paws/fingers or items from going in or out. Bought this for a very laidback chihuahua though and it doesn't seem to be an issue for him. I could see a kitty trying to wedge their arm through though so always do a test run with your animal to be sure.

Other than they shipped the wrong colour to me, everything is good. xs perfectly fit my 3 adult guinea pigs.
