Very comprehensive instructions step by step. Completed assembly in approx. 3hrs. I would absolutely recommend a drill for ease of assembly. Very nice island, sturdy and functional.

Love this island! I did a lot of research on kitchen islands before purchasing, and this island had everything I was wanting! It has the extended countertop that you can raise/lower as needed, gives me extra shelving and an extra drawer as my kitchen cabinets are very minimal, and I like the side racks as it conveniently stores my dog's treats and makes them easily accessible. I put this together by myself and I don't think it even took me 2 hours to put together. Instructions were fairly easy to follow and everything lined up when putting together. I definitely recommend this if you are looking for a smaller island for your kitchen! It is perfect for my loft style apartment!

I can't really speak to the quality of the parts (this is the only portable kitchen I've owned), but this has been so nice for me and my wife when we are cooking. I did initially think that the bar on the side was for a paper towel roll, but I don't think that is what that's for. Regardless, I do use it for my clean (non-paper) towel.Size:Our kitchen was lacking slightly on counter space, and on outlets. This was the perfect place to put our coffee maker & electric kettle. It seems durable enough, we haven't had any issues in the month or two that we've used it. I was a little concerned about the size, as this seems a little smaller than some of the others out there.There is a foldable extension to the island if you need it. However, for our kitchen, it fits perfectly without using the extension. Just make sure you measure where you want to put it.The drawer and larger cabinet on the bottom are also very useful so that we don't have to store our utensils in vases :). The cabinet has an adjustable shelf, which is nice if you're storing larger items.There are also 3 small shelves on the side. Personally, I'd like if they had a little more space between them. We keep the most used stuff on the top shelf since it's most easily accessible, and the stuff that we don't use super often on the bottom 2 shelves.Construction:It is a little bit of a project to get the whole thing together, but I did it in one evening. The instructions are fairly straightforward.

This is not a kitchen island you're going to be passing down to your grandchildren, but it is excellent quality for the price and serves the purpose I needed it for. It is sturdy enough to be used as intended and should last a long while.My kitchen doesn't have a lot of counter space. I have this room off the kitchen that's supposed to be a dining room but is too crowded for a dining table due to the built-in display cabinets and the standalone pantries I had to add to alleviate the other issue of not enough cabinet space. I plan to add cabinets and a counter in the next few years, but I was desperate for space for food prep. I didn't want to spend a ton because this is a temporary-ish solution. This island filled my needs perfectly. I got it on sale so it was even cheaper than the current price.I found it easy to assemble and did it by myself. As long as you read the instructions carefully, you won't have any issues. I saw some other reviews talking about missing or broken parts, but that was not my experience. I actually had some extra of a few screws. It was packaged well and arrived with no scratches or other damage.The wheels make it easy to move around even on carpet. The wheels have a locking feature in the event you want it to stay put. The counter top is not super thick, so you will need to use a cutting board for all food prep as this is not butcher block (which I would've done even if it was). I really like the outlets and am using my stand mixer to make bread on the island as we speak!

It was not the easiest to put together. I had to call my brother in law to help. He said he also had a bit of trouble. Once it was finally put together, it continued to stay sturdy. I’ve had it for about 2.5 years now and still great. My 3 year old nephew even hung on the door and it stayed on. It also stores a lot! I like that you can foot the little leaf down or keep it up and make it into a mini table.

Es muy bonito .. pero es tiene algunas complicaciones el armado del producto ya que con la herramienta que trae no es suficiente y hay espacios complicados para poner los tornillos..en los cajones no están muy claras las instrucciones..El producto terminado es muy lindo!!
