I have a 25+ year old Brinks/ now ADT house security system. One night motion was detected by one of the three sensors in the house. I finally noticed that the light on the one sensor didn’t come on when approached. I replaced it with this sensor and it corrected the problem. Easy to replace and wire. I then bought two more in case any others wear out. I’ve only had it in a few weeks but is working well. Excellent replacement and quick delivery.

My old off-brand motion detector went bad after several years, so I bought this one because it was the same brand as my panel. Happy to report it works great and is actually smaller than my old one. Hopefully it'll last longer, but I won't know that for a while. So far, so great!

My old one was a wired unit, so replaced like with like. this one works well!

My old Crow Genius system monitor went out. I saw this sensor had the same 4 colored wires.I hooked the Black wire to -, Red wire to +, White to C, and Green to last spot( I guess S for Sensor)It worked! Very satisfied.

After migrating to a Konnected alarm panel, got comfortable with wiring these things so decided to add pir to rooms myself. These are relatively small and innocuous, blending into the room. Sensitivity is quite good and easy to change if too sensitive. Even in an age of wireless, wired is still the best if you need it to be as relatable as possible. Bonus that there are no batteries to keep up with now

I read a recent review (below) for this product, that it doesn't work if connected to a Konnected Alarm Panel. Well, I have 4 of these working with it and plan to purchase more. I installed them a few years ago. If you are on a Konnected Panel, NC=Ground, N=Zone, V-=Power negative, V+=Power positive. Very simple to figure out. These work great and have them working through Home Assistant as well.

Lot of confusion from one star reviewers thinking these are knockoffs. Large writeup on credible sources saying Resideo is old Ademco, which many old school techs know it as. So technically these are in fact from Honeywell. They branched off parts of co over years and it sounds like Resideo now does detectors for them. It should indicate that on box and doesn’t. Little early for April fools.
