Main features:
1. The lens collar is tailor-made and only Compatible with Sigma 100-400mm f/5-6.3 DG OS HSM Contemporary Lens (EF and F Mount), Not Compatible with Sigma 100-400mm f/5-6.3 DG DN OS (E-mount and L-Mount) and other lenses.
2. The tripod mount ring's inner diameter is about 84mm, width is about 23mm, with 3M film inside, preventing lens from scratches; net weight is about 160g.
3. The tripod collar bottom is added 70mm long Arca fit quick release plate feature, can be used with 39mm Arca-swiss fit tripod ball head, panoramic head and clamp directly; more practical than lens collar without QR-Plate.
4. The Lens support bottom reserved 1/4" and 3/8" screw holes and stainless-steel anti-slip screw for fixing lens to tripod directly.
5. This lens holder bottom is AS standard quick release plate, compatible with RRS / ARCA-SWISS / ISHOOT tripod head of Arca 39mm fit, suitable for iShoot IS-JZ50 / IS-JZ64 / IS-QJ58 / IS-QJ64-FD / IS-JZ60BK / IS-JZ70MFT / IS-JZ80BK clamp.

This lens collar support tripod mount ring is well made, very sturdy, and fits the Sigma 100-400 lens perfectly. I'm very happy with it.

The lens collar is well made and fits the Sigma lens snuggly. Even though the lens is light enough for short hikes and hand held shooting, sometimes you just want to plant yourself in a camp chair and set the camera up on a tripod. I use a Manfrotto MT055XPRO3 Aluminum Tripod with MHXPRO-3W 3-Way Pan/Tilt Head Kit.The fit has cutouts that compensate for the controls on the lens. This means you can NOT rotate the lens inside the mount. My tripod's head is flexible enough for me so I didn't detract for that. A few turns of steel tightening are enough to give you a snug fit. This mount works and fits fine.The quibble? Because this is machined aluminum, you risk scratching your lens as you put it on, tightening it, and taking it off. If the mount was slightly larger and the inner ring lined with a thin non-scratch coating, the extra price would be worth it in my mind. So far I've avoided a scratch.Since the lens has few options for mounting to a tripod, I don't think you can go wrong with this product.

I hadn’t heard of iShoot before, and I admit I was a little nervous after reading all the Amazon reviews. Almost all were generally positive, but a few mentioned some minor issues fitting the collar onto the 100-400 lens. I could find no other collars sold which would fit this lens, so I placed the order after watching some favorable YouTube videos.When it arrived I was amazed to find how quick and easy it was to install the collar into the lens. No problems at all, no scratches, and it fit perfectly. Happy customer!

The Sigma 100-400mm f/5-6.3 Contemporary lens is a great value, but it would have been wonderful if it had come with a factory lens collar. This iShoot Lens Collar can't be called "robust", but it allows you to better balance the Sigma lens on a tripod than attaching the tripod to your camera. I think it's well worth the price.

Lo compré para un Sigma 100-400 EF para Canon y es una maravilla. Es muy robusto (porque es metalico) y encaja a la perfección evitandole stress a la montura, más cuando se trata de objetivos tan que pueden ser algo pesados como es el caso de este. Además se ve como si fuera algun articulo original que se incluyera con el objetivo.

There are very few options for tripod collars for the Sigma 100-400 lens due to its design. This collar fits great and seems sturdy but lacks any way to rotate the lens due to the way the lens is made.

I bought this mount for the Nikon version of the sigma 100-400. My mount doesnt fit properly and actually sratched my lens. I dont live in the us and in total paid about 75 us getting this piece of crap after I include additional shipping and duties....just to scratch my new lens. My advice is to stay away from this product its a waste of money.

I bought this for my Sigma 100-400mm lens. The manufacturer doesn’t make a tripod collar for this lens. This works great by allowing me to connect to the tripod foot and better balance this long lens. Much less stress on the camera mount. The only down-side is the lens cannot rotate in the collar because of the lens design.

My copy of the mount has the line just very slightly off. If you have OCD, it's annoying. But otherwise mount works perfectly, fits nicely on a tripod (and the two screws sticking out at the bottom helps prevent from accidental slide off tripod mounts.) and the long arca-swiss mount helps you reposition so you can balance the weight in the middle. Great if you use this lens to shoot anything on a tripod.

Sigmas 100-400mm contemporary lens is fantastic at the price, however Sigma don't supply a tripod collar. They want around £120 for something that should be included when purchased. I refuse to pay for a name when there's a suitable alternative and this is it! It fits perfectly and with a long foot it's easy to balance. At less than 1/2 the price of the OEM it's a no brainer!
