I have only used this inside, however I can state that the camera stays fully charged. It is also nice and flat, so it should make it easier to run and keep hidden. Once I get more cameras I fully intend to purchase more. I have had this for months and I am still happy with it.

I bought this because it was the most affordable means of getting the 10ft power cable that works with my cameras. I don't use the chargers themselves, and instead plug cable into an exterior light socket that has a USB port on it. Great solution if you don't have a convenient outlet near by.

I bought these primarily for the long flat leads that have the Google Nest battery camera magnetic connectors. These are ideal if you have one of these cameras mounted high up and don't want to keep going up a ladder each time you need to charge it. If these cameras are mounted on their backplates and have a power source, they will operate in "powered" mode. In powered mode, you don't even have to use the charger portion if you have electrical sockets with USB ports that supply enough current. I tested them both with the charger and the USB ports. The chargers have two flat pin connectors, so if you use them, you will need adapters freely available on Amazon. Finally, you also get some cable clips to help you route the cables.

Perfect so we don't have to keep taking the cameras inside to charge every few weeks. Been plugged in for a few months now no issues

Overall good but the new generation Nest cameras only work with the Google Home app and no longer the Nest app, which is actually a better app.So I have 5 cameras on the original Nest app and am now forced to put the new ones on Google Home. Is what it is I guess but I wish they had kept the Nest app available for their new cameras.
