Q1: Why does a screen recording permission request appear when I install the driver on a macOS system?
A1: To ensure the USB Display driver to function correctly on macOS systems, users are required to permit 'Screen Recording' for the USB Display driver. This authorization enables the USB Display to access the necessary pixels for rendering mirrored/extended screens and transmitting them via the USB port. It does not send any data or pixels back to us.
Q2: Why do I only can use one additional display?
A2: Please ensure that the driver is installed correctly by following the instructions in the QIG (Quick Installation Guide) included in the package.

This is a great docking station! Nice size, since it fits right under your laptop and takes up minimal desk space. My only complaint is that the Displayport port does not seem to work. I used another cable and am able to use 3 screens plus the laptop screen.

Worked fine for about 45 days and then stopped passing through charge to laptop while using a 90 watt charger. Complete waste of money and cannot return.

This is a great docking station. Slimline, doesn't take up space on the desktop, and does what it needs to do. Initially had issue with external monitor HDMI connection. Contacted customer support and they resolved within minutes. Great product. Great support.

I have 2 of these. 1 for my work setup and 1 for my personal setup. With all the ports on it, you can run up to 3 monitors (as I am doing with both) and still have open ports for extra USB extenders. It does run a little warn, but overall, it is compact and can easily be stored behind the monitors or your machine and forgotten about. They are a bit pricey, but still cheaper than others I have seen out there. No issues with any kind of installation. Just shut everything down, hook everything up and turn the machine on. I don't remember having to manually download anything and everything works fine. 3 monitors, a desktop LED light, and a 4 port USB extender with my webcam hooked to it. Everything works with no issues.

I have 3 laptops. 1 for work, 1 personal/gaming, and 1 Linux laptop, and I wanted a dock that simply works with all 3 on the fly since my Dell TB dock doesn't work with my HP work computer.Here are the issues I ran into:1. The DP didn't want to work with my DP to HDMI cable that works fine with my other Dell dock, so I have no clue on how to get a third monitor to work if I wanted to do that. Maybe if the monitor was a true DP monitor, it would work, but I don't have a DP monitor to test that. Luckily, I really only use 2 monitors anyways and two HDMI cables work great. Both my work and personal laptop had the same issues. -1 star2. My separate Linux laptop won't work on the extra HDMI probably because there are no Linux video drivers for the extra HDMI port. I worked around it by plugging the 2nd HDMI cable directly to the laptop. Please provide Linux video drivers to make this dock fully Linux compatible. -1 starIn the end, it accomplished the goal of having a single dock that works with all 3 laptops of different brands. I also didn't pay attention that this dock doesn't come with the external power supply, but luckily I was able to pick it up at my local Best Buy.In the end, I'm keeping it because it does the job, and I don't want to be buying other docks that may have similar issues or worse anyways.For most people that just want a two monitor setup, this dock is good. If you need the third monitor to work, your milage may vary.

This dock is exactly what I was looking for, an abundance of ports and cable flexibility. I currently have 1 HDMI, 4 USB, 1 ethernet, 1 USB C and 1 3.5mm device/cable all plugged in at the same time and no issues. I really like the option to choose which side the cable comes out of as well as deciding how long it is, this is great for cable management and keeping a clean desk. Overall the dock is great, has plenty of ports and works as advertised.

Si tout fonctionnait j'aurais dit que ce produit est génial ... seulement :Le port Power-in alimenté par un chargeur 100W DP ne recharge pas mon ordinateur.Le port HDMI or DP :- le port DP ne fonctionne tout simplement pas- le port HDMI fonctionne si utilisé seul (cà d sans port HDMI et/ou VGA ) mais Windows génère continuellement un message d'erreur de périphérique USB non reconnuLe port Ethernet fonctionne mais pas lors d'un branchement à chaud ( il faut redémarrer Windows avec le port déjà branché )Sinon :- je suis parvenu à faire un triple screen ( mon écran du PC + 2 écrans ) avec les ports VGA et HDMI- les ports USB , audio/micro fonctionnentSi tout fonctionnait j'aurais mis 5 étoiles car je trouve le produit super pratique, mais là je reste sur ma faim. Je vais donc retourner le produit.

Very versatile product. Lots of connections for just about any sort of peripheral, including additional screens in either mirror or extended mode, which not all docking stations do. But you need to set it up carefully and read the small print instructions. If you are using it on a Mac as I am, then there are drivers to download and install and permissions to be granted to allow the station to access your display. The docking station also needs to be powered up through the right PD USB C socket and plugged in to the USB?Thunderbolt port of your Mac. Fail to do any of this and it just sits there and doesn't do anything. Set it up right and it is a doddle to add stuff.
