I have 3 dogs and a 1 year old baby, and I work from home. Everyone I talk to at work hears the baby being a baby and the dogs doing dog things. I constantly have to mute. I ended up switching back to my wired headset. But, the range on this headset is pretty good, and does well from room to room without losing the Bluetooth signal. It's easy to use and comfortable. And the price was great compared to others. So, although it didn't suit me for my loud house, I'm giving it 4 stars for being a great all around headset that I paid less than 20 bucks for.

Coming from a Motorola Boom (great for 5 years until the power switch wore out) I hate pretty much everything about this thing. The thing I hate the most is that the button to hang up or redial is at the very top end, not the center part that is silver. That means every time you try to adjust it, you hang up on whoever you are talking to.Even though it comes with 2 ear hooks and 3 different ear pieces, I've not been able to get it to fit right to get half decent sound. The volume doesn't get loud enough to compensate for the poor fit.The power switch is also super inconvenient. I find myself putting it on and forgetting to turn the stupid thing on, and then it's very hard to turn on while it's on the ear.Overall, I'd say pass this thing up and look for something else, unless you are used to this style already. Definitely don't toss your packaging like I did until you decide whether you like it or not.

I am a longtime user of Jabra desktop speakers and needed a new headset for use in the car. The 15SE had the right feature set at a good price point. It works fine around the house, but in the car with that background noise the headset is troublesome. I drive an Audi, so it's not loud.Even at maximum volume I do not hear all of what the other person tells me, and if it is connected to the iphone it makes essentially no ring tone to announce a new call. I can just barely hear the tone in the house or other quiet location, but I hear nada in the car. The other person hears me fine and says there is no background noise, but if I cannot hear them clearly that is a problem. I did not have this problem with my old Plantronics that died after six years. Can't get that anymore.
