I purchased this Bluetooth headset in November and have had the opportunity to thoroughly examine the features claimed by the manufacturer and I wasn’t disappointed.Let’s start with affordability. The headset is definitely priced to attract all buyers. It is feature rich and performs as expected. Connection to my phone was simple, quick and painless. Power up the headset, select the BH-M9 in bluetooth settings and you’re good to go.Wearing the headset for extended periods caused no discomfort. With the ability to pivot the boom mic, you could switch sides very quickly if necessary. However, I usually wear it on the left side and never changed its position. For me, it was painless unlike some of the earbuds I have used.The manufacture claimed it had a noise cancelling mic and it performed as advertised. I used it mainly for phone calls and would have the radio on in the background. Callers never complained about background noise, interference of static.Overall, it is a quality headset. Comfortable to wear, holds a charge and the sturdy base will quickly recharge the battery. I would not have a problem recommending to friends and family.

The good: I find them comfortable to wear for hours in a row, the sound is descent, and the charge lasts all day. I purchased the first generation of this headset and it got me through covid, but eventually wore out. They upgraded the plug to USB-C on this newer model , so I am happy with the second generation overall.The not so good: The headset does not easily fit in the charger slot. The slot is a bit to small for the ear cushion and you have to play with it to make sure the charging connections line up. As an alternative you can plug it in directly. It also does not come with a charger, so you will need a basic USB power source or supply. It supports two Bluetooth devices, however I found it annoying to have it connected to my phone and my computer because when I walked away from my computer it kept beeping every minute or so to remind me it was not in range. I suggest using it for just one item or fully disconnecting before connecting to a second device.I am happy with it for what I use it for and would purchase it again.
