The zippers are heavy duty, so I believe the zipper complaints are from people zipping at an angle. Don’t listen to these people. The zippers are great.

The bag was scratched, had no paper packing inside, missing shoulder strap, had a tear in the liner, and was the wrong color. It was clearly a returned or used item. All the zippers were undone as well (not as it would’ve come from the factory). I had to return and get a replacement. Luckily the replacement is actually new and correct color.

I bought 2 other bags on-line and returned them both. While not cheap in price, they were of poor quality and neither one would allow me to zip the side pocket with your cell phone inserted. This J&C Bag Is Perfection. The leather is high quality, the zippers are strong and work flawlessly. The side pocket is VERY Generous in size. J&C got this right!!
