The rosin is as usual very good for violins, violas,. But the Wooden Violin Case it is in is fantastic. My wife loved the real wood case the rosin was in. After the rosin is used up you can still use the wooden case for more rosin or other things but it really is a great conversational piece. Very well made of real wood.Dr.Dave. Payson Utah

If you have a violin lover, this is a great gift! So awesomely unique and good craftsmanship, but a bit on the pricy side for such an item!

Rosin is a lot like strings, it is a very personal choice and what works for one instrument and person may not work for another. Now with my disclaimer out of the way, I will say that after many adventures in rosin, that this is so far my favorite. Also the quality of the cute box was better than I was expecting.

Beautiful wooden case for the rosen, but it chipped off after one use. It's still usable, but not as visually appealing. Will not be purchasing again.

Gorgeous box and gorgeous rosin. I got it as a gift for a violinist and she said it gave great sound quality and this was really nice rosin! I loved the violin shaped box.
