This was exactly what I needed to trim and clear out a small oak tree. It was easy to set up and cut up to two inch branches with ease.It is stout, and needs to be for strength. Anything less would break easily under the conditions I put this one under.It is versatile, having the ability to work all the way from a handsaw, to the three section pole at the extents of its reach.I’m quite happy with my purchase and recommend it to anyone shopping for a light tree trimming product.

Well, I thought made in USA would insure quality but I was mistaken. Compared to my Stihl pole saw and pruner this doesn’t measure up. First pull on the rope to cut a 3/4†branch on a bush and the ring that holds the rope to the chain stretched out and fell off. Sure, I could go to the hardware store and try to find a strong enough replacement but why would I? This thing might be ok for little weeds but it sure wouldn’t last in the real world. Sad.

These are better than I expected and lighter also. Cuts through 1" branches easily and the saw makes short work of the rest. Made very well albeit pricey.

Set screw for saw blade stripped out the first day.Other than that it seemed to be of good quality. I returned the item, but would’ve accepted a new cut her head if it would have been offered. The only option offered was to return/refund.

Bought this after the ice storm broke some high limbs. This made it easy and will come in handy at my other property. I should have bought it sooner. Spring time rolls around it’s going to get a work out. Or should I say I will. Highly recommend this pole saw.
