I used it cutting an onion, greatly reduced the time it took to slice and dice. I also used it to cube beef for a recipe. Very sturdy, easy to hold and well worth the very reasonable cost.

Don’t know why I had never come across this very simple and useful kitchen tool. I bought primarily because of the pictures showing onions being secured while slicing and I’m totally using it that way but I’ll be using for way more. Last night I used them to secure hot baked potatoes while halving them. This particular product is quite sturdy so no worries about quality and is inexpensive to boot. I would like a sleeve for storage but that’s the only “downside†I can see. Really useful.
