Upgraded Flexible and Stable Wearing Design
Multiple adjustable elastic straps with adhesive feature and spandex material behind all knee and elbow pads that holds them in place fit for various knee girths. So you can slide them on and then use the straps for a snug and appropriate protective fit.

So the tire came off of my electric scooter while I was riding it and I proceeded to be flung over top of the scooter and into the asphalt at 15 mph directly onto my elbow. My elbow dislocated and I received a hairline fracture but the pads definitely did their job as the ER nurses were shocked my injury wasnt worse, they thought I’d need surgery on it but all I needed is a brace. So yeah, wear your safety gear, kids.

On a 5' tall, 100 pound woman with small bones these adjust to fit very comfortably. The carrying bag is convenient and air flows through it for hygiene and easy packing compaction.No big falls in these yet, fingers crossed!

These are very nice but, they seem VERY large. But just the elbow and knee pads. But, still nice just the same.

Fit perfect! I am 5’2 140 pds, I was crossing my fingers because I have thick thighs and calves, but it pulled right over. It’s slightly tight with us to be expected since they are new I read other reviews that they stretch out a little bit as you use them but all three fit perfect, I won’t be afraid to fall anymore. Lol.

I feel secure wearing the knee pads while I ride my bike. They are a little tight, but I’m sure after I wear them a while they’ll fit better worth. The money is nice.
