Nice looking bolo tie. Not heirloom quality, but looks and wears just fine. I just started wearing bolo ties with the Western style vests I wear, and this is a nice addition to my modest collection of bolo ties.The size of the piece and cord is roughly the same as shown in the Amazon listing. This is a smaller bolo tie, at least compared to most of my others. The cord is long enough for me and I am taller than most. The metal looks fine. It is lightweight, although perhaps not as light as a zinc alloy. Might be a brass. If not, it at least looks like brass that’s starting to get a nice patina. I do like the clip that keeps the cord in place, a bit better than the usual (at least with the ones I already own) thin looped metal.The listing only states that it’s a braided leather cord. Definitely braided, although likely forgetting to add faux, pu, vegan or something similar. There was a slight non authentic leather smell when I first received it, but after a short while I can’t smell it at all. It’s also a lot stretchier than other cowhide braided leather items I have.Still, this is an attractive bolo tie for an attractive price. I think it looks good on me and I certainly can recommend this bolo tie.

The rich copper color of the tie itself and the leather string make it all the more attractive. There are only three aspects to any bolo tie; the cord, tips, and the most important part the tie/ pendant itself.The Jeilwiy Bolo Tie scores a 5-star rating for all three aspects. The leather cord is made of high-quality material, well braided and soft on the skin. The tips are also made of good material with a copper color and well designed. Now coming to the Bolo tie or pendant of the tie itself, I simply love the color and design on the bolo. The round flowery design in copper colored Bolo Tie makes it stand out and can be worn with formal as well as casual clothes.

In general, I’m OK with this bolo. It looks alright and the design is simple but works for me. The biggest complaint I have is the slide does not clamp down very tight. It doesn’t just slide down, but it takes very little to nudge it out of place. Going dancing or taking a ride would most likely create a problem. That seems like something easy to fix. I may see if I can improve it myself (but I shouldn’t have to).It’s wearable and not ugly, but a bit lackluster by my lights. I’ll keep it but can’t recommend it.Don’t let your bolo go too low.

I ordered the upgrade gunblack flower. Now that I have it in my hand, I probably should have ordered the upgrade Silver. The gunblack is as-pictured in the seller listing. It's got a subdued color to it. I think it's more casual than the Silver, which I expect would be shinier. Now, I'm not going to hold this against the seller or the item. I think the seller did a good job showing colors in their photos. Just a heads up that the gunblack is a bit more casual a look.As for quality, the conch feels well made, solid, with a solidly attached clasp in the back that is easy to operate and locks securely.I was a little on the fence about the quality of the cord. It looks great from a distance, but it is a bit untraditional in that it is loosely braided together with an elastic cord so that it has some stretch to it, rather than being a non-stretchable leather. But..... when I put it on... I realized how nice it is to be able to tuck the conch up close and still have some give in the cord, so I don't get choked... It works out quite nicely and it does look like a traditional leather cord.The end tips are also well made and heavy/solid.Overall a nice bolo with a surprisingly good/interesting stretch cord.

It's a perfect fashion piece. It's obviously not a designer piece of jewelry, but it's nice and heavy and has a good feel to it. For my picky cosplay needs it's perfect!

This bolo tie is pretty good. The leather cord feels nice but given the price, I suspect it is faux leather (the description does not say it is real leather so that raises suspicion that it is likely PU). Metal parts are lightweight so not high quality but good enough for certain people's needs. Good for the price.

The tie band itself is real braided leather not a synthetic. The conch is beautifully done and I have to say it may even be nicer than the picture depicts. I selected this item to use as a decorative piece on a handbag but since receiving it have decided it is too lovely to deconstruct. Will wear it as intended, really a stunning piece.
