I was making roman shades for several rooms in my home and needed small cord locks. These were the only ones i could find that were small because i didn't want to buy large ones. They work great, although one does tend to stick on me when I try to open them shade. Overall, very happy with these.

these are made incorrectly. no matter how you pull the strings, they shade does not stay up. does not lock, at all. there needs to be 3 wheels, these only have 2. I read reviews and more people said they were great than didn't. I don't know how theirs worked, maybe some are made correctly and some are not, but it set me back by like 10 days, having to wait for my order from somewhere else (at 3x the price)

I finally figured put how to use it. There were no instructions at all. In the description on Amazon it sa9d there are instructions on line. There were, but the only ones I found did not work. I only give 4 stars for lack of documentation. The only.puctures are with very fuzzy rope that made it virtually impossible to determine how the lines are threaded.Otherwise, it works fine.

I sent them back and went with a higher quality model. These were just bad all around

Don’t know what “stretch†and “sheerness†are, but these are sturdy, well manufactured replacement cord locks. Easily installed with standardized hole placements. And they are heavier than the ones that broke.

These were too cheap. They arrived fast of course, but I tried to install the first one. I had to watch several ways to install it on YouTube.I made these Roman shades, and had intended to install these with them to make it easier to raise and lower the shades each day.I thought I did just what was shown, and for a little while..a week or so, it seemed to work…then it didn’t . And the everyday, it was like a battle to get the thing to work right. So I only installed the first one, and because it didn’t do well, I threw the rest away. These are too cheaply made, I doubt that it was the way I installed it. I wish I had spent a little more and gotten a better product…lesson learned I hope. Hope this helps you if you’re looking to buy these.

I liked everything about these locks except that I didn't know you need to purchase a cord that is large enough not to slip over the side of the lock. Finally learned it from a YouTube video.
