Your cart is empty.Use our new Red remote with select JHS Pedals to remotely activate the on-board toggle found on the pedal itself. By connecting the red remote to a red remote equipped pedal with any 1/4” instrument cable, This essentially acts as an on-the-fly switcher to give you more tonal options in any setting. The red remote is currently compatible with the following JHS Pedals: Morning Glory V4, SuperBolt V2, Twin twelve V2, double barrel V4. When using the red remote, The remote itself will act as the toggle, therefore disabling the pedal's onboard toggle switch. For example, if you have our red remote plugged into the SuperBolt, the superbolt's "gain" Toggle will be deactivated and the red remote will switch The toggle on/off as you step on the foot switch. To use the red remote, plug the remote into the jack of the pedal labeled "remote..."...This jack will have a red washer to denote it is the appropriate jack to plug the red remote into. Note: you can use any latching amp style foot switch or build your own too!.

This is a solid pedal that does exactly what it should. I have it to go along with my Morning Glory V4, and I have only two highly specific complaints about it.First is that the remote jack on the Morning Glory itself is super close to the input jack, making it kind of difficult to configure this on your board if you use angled cables like I do (I got around this by using an MXR low profile cable for the remote jack, and a D'addario angled patch cable that fits right over it for the input jack; see the included photo for an example of what I mean).The second issue is that its small size makes it kind of easy to miss when you're in the moment playing live; I made the mistake of putting it next to my tuner pedal, and rather than switching to the higher gain sound as intended, I've accidentally hit the tuner and silenced the whole guitar mid-song (only at practice, thankfully).Neither of these complaints are really due to the remote itself, hence the five-star rating. It works perfectly, is well-build, and does exactly what is intended. There are just a few complications around it that have caused me some grief, though nothing that can't be dealt with. If you have a pedal that this works with, it's a solid investment.

It's made well and switches the channel on a Morning Glory. Takes up too much space though. Check out the remote by Pedalnetics that sits right on top of the pedal.

I have a Marshall JCM 900 4100. I have a 2-button foot-switch that takes up a ton of room on my pedal board. These JHS Red’s are 2â€x2â€. So I bought 2 of these and a Hosa STP-201RR Stereo break out cable w/right angle 1/4†ends. This works perfectly and takes up way less space on my board!

This make the Morning Glory rock and is a need to have accessory. The only "issue" I have is that the switch could silent, the massive crack of a click when pressed is so 90s tech.

Works as expected, fits perfectly in my pedalboard.I love how my Morning Glory became basically a King Of Tone with this little red switch, I now have two gain stages in one of the best pedals I have ever owned.
