I have this System installed for 1 year almost , here's what I think ...Ease of installation: Very Very easy - The average DYI-er is ca[able of doing it . The instructions aren't the best, but its all common sense stuff, I had to do some YouTube research to fine tooth and remote learning settingsIs it worth it ? : I think it's very well worth it ! I have It installed on a 25 lf rolling gate thats 7' tall. Been working through California rain, wind and sun. no issues what so ever.Their customer service : it's based out of China, so it takes 1-3 days for them to reply to emails. But they have never not replied to my questions. so I give it 5 stars over all

This comes with 4 controls with has a sliding hard plastic that slides over the buttons so that you don't accidentally open or close your gate. It also makes little to no noise at all when in use. It's definitely a great bargain !

Was afraid to buy because we bought one at Tractor supply that broke and didn’t do the job. But this really works great we have a heavy duty custom metal fence and works great

I’ve already gone through two of these with in the first year. When the first one broke the company sent me another replacement as long as I sent the old one back.Got the new one and with in a few months stopped working would get stuck half way it’s been such a pain. Will have to go with another brand as when I wrote to the company the second time they have asked me for pictures and descriptions as to why it doesn’t work sent them everything and then expected me to figure out how to remove a gear and extra stuff, I am a woman and know nothing about. They didn’t offer refund nor send another motor so I’m done with them.UPDATED:they offered a refund for when I said yes so that I can order another one they said wait until you receive the gear to see if that fixes the issue. I have been checking for the last week and a half with fedex tracking number and the label just says not created. This morning I wake up to a message from them stating that I received it and asking if it fixed the issue. I sent them screen shots of how the package hasn’t even been shipped with FedEx. They not told me to just buy another one since this is a replacement of THE ORIGINAL BROKEN ONE they can issue a refund.I just purchased another one with better reviews.DO NOT BUY from this company as they do not help and I was going to give them a third try but 3 strikes your out and I can’t be manually opening and closing my gate everyday 3 times a day.

When I first opened the box, my first thought was that this little guy wasn't going to be able to open my gate. I was delightfully wrong. Works great, out of the box. Setup was easy for me but probably because I was replacing a failed gate operator and already had my pad poured. Need to read more about the remotes cuz I have old remotes I would like to use but the ones that came with the unit work fine, just wasn't expecting separate open and close buttons.
