Not high-tech equipment but small and easy to use--adequately softens harsh flash lighting. Loss of light intensity appears minimal. A necessity for portraits. Not a terrible price.

When Nikon stopped making the SB-400, I needed to find a small fill flash and the new SB-N7 comes pretty close. This diffuser is a good addition since the SB-N7 has limited bounce capabilities (not unlike the SB-400). I would recommend.

Bought it for my Nikon SB 300 speed light, it fits perfectly even though it says its for another flash. Doesn't fall off at all, has a great fit. I recommend it for anyone with the sb 300 who needs a diffuser.

Took a chance and hope that it will fit Nikon SB-300. Fits perfectly and works as described. Now i can bounce flash and have softer light at the same time. I recommend this for the Nikon SB-300.

The item fits like a glove on my flash. More importantly, it diffuses the flash so as to create a softer, more even light on people. Very happy with it.
