It's a cutting board, but the handle allows you to squeeze it to create a sort of Chute, to empty what you cut into a pan or bowl, easier, without spilling it on the counter, stove, floor. They can be washed in the dishwasher, and hold up very well. A very smart buy for chefs, cooks, who like a neat workspace.

These work great especially for chopping for tacos. It is easy to chop on and then bend to pour in any container or cooking pot.

While I do own other cutting boards, I'm not sure why. These are versatile and well made. Whether it's topping a salad with diced veggies, dropping cubed potatoes into a pot of boiling water, or placing slices or fruit into a tuppie, these boards make it a breeze!

I was gifted one of these by a family friend, and it is very useful for chopping small veggies and fruits. It is especially handy when you're transferring the foods to a bowl or pot that is smaller than the cutting board itself -- no more onions on the ground! I will say that it is not the cutting board that I reach for the most often as it doesn't seem to lie flat on my countertop all of the time. It also is difficult to store upright in our cutting board rack. Overall, I do like it and will continue to use it well!

These cutting boards are a time saver in that you are not cleaning stuff off the counter after transferring the chopped items to pan or bowl. The "cutting board" folds to allow a funnel type delivery of the chopped item to a storage bag, pan, bowl, whatever! Easy to use easy to clean and my go to when chopping anything.

My daughter and I were watching some cooking videos for meal ideas. The chef was cutting vegetables for soup and was using one of these folding cutting boards. At the very same time, my daughter and I both turned to each other and said "Wow". Neither of us had ever seen a folding cutting board and we both said how useful something like that would have been dozens and dozens of times we had chopped up things when cooking. We forgot all about the video and got on Amazon to buy them. We are both pleased with these because of the size and quality.

These are well made and the foldable sides ensure that ingredients don’t get spilled (unless you’re easily distracted and don’t watch what you’re doing because a cat was doing something extremely entertaining), they are dishwasher safe and I haven’t stained then with anything yet.

My children often cook with me and the most challenging part for them is transferring the chopped items into a pot or bowl without spilling everywhere. These cutting boards make it possible to easily transfer food. It is light weight and easy to store because you can hang it or lay it flat and they are not very large. My only complaint is that they do not sit completely flat and I have knife marks in mine already even though I have only used it 2x. All and all, I give this a 4 out of 5 because they are extremely handy, easy to transfer chopped items with, easy to store, and easy to clean. I wish they were more sturdy when flat and ready to cut on but definitely worth the price!

These cutting boards are awesome, it makes it really easy to take cut items off of the board to place in a bowl etc. without the produce falling off of the board.

We bought the joseph joseph green one originally, and it was amazing!This set, however, is very different! No wonder it’s so much cheaper than the green one!Somehow the rubber parts just have randomly bleed and damages, making the whole thing look so cheap and unreliable.The only reason I’m not giving the set one star is because they haven’t completely fall apart yet.

I discovered these chopping boards in Sweden and used to buy one on each trip and give them to friends and family. I find them very handy particular for chopping things like onions and carrots when one wants to make stew for their ability to turn into a scoop and dump it into the pot. It’s very handy. generally they last OK although I have noticed some degree of weakness on the folding seams, which do you tend to give out eventually. Good news is buying them on Amazon is much more convenient and I don’t have to fly to Sweden to pick them up.

I use this practically everyday. Works just like the description. I’m glad this was a two pack as it’s nice to have one for fruits and vegetables and the second one for meats. Would buy it again.
