I thought this might be a kind of cool gadget to have, but it is actually kind of magical. The thing I love most is it makes it possible to cut vegetables the exact same size so they cook evenly. I make a lot of soups in the winter time and this gadget is clutch. Relatively easy clean up. Highly recommend.

This has become a staple in my kitchen! great quality and super sharp. the nature of the shapes and placement of the blades, as well as the sharpness does make them a little difficult to clean and i won’t put them in the dishwasher but that is no fault of the product. just something to keep in mind
