Reducer ID Hose Barb Splicer
This Joywayus series hose fitting is made of forged brass and connects and branches tow hoses.
It is made of forged brass for greater strength than cast brass.
This fitting has barbed ends to create a tight seal on a hose when used with a hose clamp or crimp sleeve or ferrule (not included).
Hose fittings connect, control, change the direction of, and terminate the flow in piping and hose systems.

This product worked well to connect 7/16†to 3/8†automotive fuel lines to install an oil catch can. Very snug fit. These lines are being used to allow exhaust gas and contaminants to flow from the PCV valve to the catch can and DO NOT carry any actual fuel so I cannot attest to how well this connector will resist leakage from pressurized fuel. However, the fit is so tight that my best guess is that it would work well with the obvious addition of some hose clamps to seal the deal.

My fault as I just eyeballed it and should have measured the hoses. Looks like good quality but I needed a 3/8 to 5/8 instead.

Solid piece, stated dimensions are accurate, plenty of length to clamp on to. Gave it 4 stars because it be half the price for what it is but not not a lot of choice.
