I got this to move some hydraulic oil from a pressure pump to brake line feeder via pressure. These work as intended and they do not like anything leak out. They're built just right

These worked to adapt an air compressor and I noticed the brass threads were well cut and they sealed well into my steel fittings and didn't leak any air at all when using some pipe dope. Holds well to the hose as well but I added on clamps to insure a good seal for the hoses. It is not always so easy to find quality fittings since sometimes the treads are not cut very cleanly, but these were very well finished and were not expensive as well.
