This is a 3 way union hose barb. I connected it to 1/4 inch propane lines going to my GTT Phantom lampwork torch and it works as advertised. I also sprinkled a little water on it when inserting the barbs into the hoses. It came with three hose clamps, which also worked well.

The "y" fitting worked great. I received 1 damaged clamp of the 3. I attempted to dissemble it to repair it, but it was broken & had to be replaced. The damage clamp was damaged in manufacturing of it.

Plastic "Y" adapter cracked in the windshield washer tubing where it separates the hose to direct washer fluid to left and right nozzles. This brass adapter was only a dollar or so more than the plastic replacement, figured it won't crack as easy. Installation went smooth, and it has lasted through one summer and winter season already with no leaks or other issues.

The ss clamps are not fully waterproof and will rust in a wet environment and fail. You can test with a magnet and if they stick they will rust in water as some parts are not ss. Easy test to avoid a later headache. Fine for air hoses like in a garage
