Excellent paddles in every way. Great quality materials, design, color, performance. Only thing not good is edges of wood handle are sharp and painful to hand. So, I just sanded the edges to rounded and then no problem.

Definitely pleased with these and the whole setup they came with. Paddles feel very sturdy and stand up to heavy use showing little to no wear on them so far. Likewise with the balls, still using the first one with no loss in bounce capabilities. The carry case khelps keep these looking clean and brand new regardless of use. Highly recommend these as they have great value to quality ratio!

Background: I'm a fairly avid ping-pong player. I've been playing an average of once or twice per day on weekdays for about four years with a fairly competitive group of coworkers. I purchased a ping-pong table for my home a couple of weeks ago, and also purchased these paddles & balls along with it.Review: I've been using these paddles & balls with four of my children (ages six through twelve) for about two weeks with a new ping-pong table in our garage.The paddles seem well made, solid, and I like their weight. They're slightly heavier than the more expensive Joola paddle I use with my coworkers, and I think I prefer the weight of these paddles. They seem reasonably "sticky" to help add spin to the ball when serving, but not super "sticky" like some other paddles I've used that are 20 times the cost of these. These seem perfect for our family, and are not a noticeable "step down" from my Joola paddle.The ping-pong balls are excellent. I performed a "bounce test" of these with some three-star Stiga balls, and the bounce was identical.The carrying case with these paddles is a nice touch. It's nothing fancy, but it provides a place to keep the paddles and eight balls so they don't get dusty/dirty in the garage when we're not using them.The customer service from JP WinLook has been extraordinary. They've provided a generous warranty, sent me emails proactively asking me to let them know if I encounter any problems (which I have not), and somehow managed to deliver the package two days before the earliest expected delivery date (which was amazing because it happened to be the same day I finished assembling our new table - and a new table with only one paddle would not have been much fun).One final thought - I've noticed several reviews complaining about an unpleasant odor from the paddles. I did not experience this at all. I did notice a slight odor when I first opened the paddles, but it was not unpleasant. My six year-old said it smelled good. I wouldn't go that far, but it was barley noticeable and went away completely after a day or two. My advice - if you're hesitant to purchase these paddles due to some reviews mentioning an odor, it's not worth worrying about - just buy them!

The paddles are really nice and great quality, but the handles are about 1 inch shorter than standard. I don't have particularly large hands and I still have to modify my grip to hold it normally

I did not think much of this product. I bought this set for my young kids and baby nephews and nieces, because the items look really nice and the price is affordable. 5 years forward, my kids are getting good with their Ping Pong but the JP WinLook paddles they have are begging to retire.After years of use by my nephews and nieces for all purposes - as paddles, bike road block, horsey, baseball, frisbee, cup holder, broom - and having survived all of that, I figured, if I were to buy new paddles for my teenagers, JP WinLook has definitely proved its worth. So I am buying my second set after 5 years. I hope the quality is just as good, or better.

These Winlook ping pong paddles and balls are of excellent quality and were extremely easy to play with for the whole family. The paddle handles are very comfortable, the paddles look beautiful and they give such a great spin that it makes you feel like a pro. The customer service is amazing to top it off. My 9 year old daughter was goofing around and acting like she was swinging the paddle and it came out of her hand and dropped to the concrete basement floor. Unfortunately it landed just right on the edge of the handle causing the paddle head to break from the handle. I contacted JP Winlook via email and asked if it was possible to get a replacement. The owner emailed back within a few hours asking for my address to mail a replacement paddle. I was shocked at the prompt response and no questions asked customer service by the owner himself. Within a few more hours I received a follow up email that they had mailed out the paddle plus some balls as a gift for New Years! How amazing is that! If you are going to buy ping pong paddles and balls I strongly recommend JP Winlook equipment whether you are a novice or professional player. The equipment is quality and customer service is #1 so you can’t go wrong.

Thick padding, nice grip, comes with the bag, really good for traveling, looks nice balls are really good, nice and strong, Really good grip on the handle, makes it really easy move because of it’s weight.

Pads are ok and it plays ok, but the wooden parts + handles are poorly finished. You can see still the saw cut marks and some fine splinters or fuzz. Poor production quality.

Overall it is good except the handles which are way too short. Good kit for young kids with little hands. Adults can't play with that.

I liked the way they were packaged. The set itself was very basic with big, light balls and slow rubber. The handles could use a sanding on the edges. The set wouldn't work for me but the people I bought it for are just beginning and were happy with it.
