It's not easy to install. Okay, maybe that's my fault and not owning the proper installation equipment. Bottom line ... I had to call people in to install it. The unit does not warm anywhere near the level I thought it would and/or would appreciate. What am l supposed to do? Put a towel on the rack the night before I shower? But ... if nothing else... it looks nice

This is a well-built unit, no complaints. We mounted it low and the control switch is at the bottom, requiring a little bending every time. The bigger issue, like others have said, this is not a towel dryer, just a warmer. If I turn it on just before taking a shower, there is very little warmth in the towel. Using this requires some pre-planning to get the benefits of a nice warm towel. We are not in a cold climate and always in a hurry so it seldom gets used.

I found this very easy to put up on the wall and it works exactly as expected. Actually this one gets a little warmer then the one I had before so thats a good thing. I like it.

If you have thin bath towels and leave them to warm about an hour before shower, this works OK. For thicker towels, I can’t recommend. For hand towels, it works OK. I think in a kitchen with thinner towels this would be a nice product for that. Just doesn’t give things the heat I had hoped for... my contractor mounted it (did not hard wire) and he had no complaints about mounting ease one way or another. The bars do produce heat as I can feel it. The timer works. It looks nice.

Easy to install, take your time with measuring for where you want it. Very sturdy and holds our two large towels easily. I click it on about 15 minutes before a shower and have cozy towels after. Then, I leave it on to dry them. I did purchase a wall strip to encase the cord, since I mounted it higher outside the shower door so I could easily reach the towels without bending down. Heavy materials and nicely made.

Although this towel rack works great once install, I have to admit that a LOT of measuring had to be done because no pattern diagram was included. This would’ve cut the installation time in half and would’ve made it so much easier, especially when you have to drill pilot holes in a marble wall…. just sayin’.
