Super cute mailbox that will elevate your house rather than a standard wall mount mailbox. I love that it has a viewing window, so you don’t have to waste time opening it up, to find nothing in there. The size is perfect for smaller padded envelopes, and regular or larger letters, even magazines. I will say it feels a little thinner for the metal but it’s seemed to stand up to everything. It had a sloped lid to it, so I haven’t had any problem with water leaking in. It’s a great little mailbox to add a little flair to your house and not to mention cheaper than a lot of other mailboxes I’ve looked at!

I had a different version and lost the keys so I got this one. It is a nice size and I really like the fact that it opens from the front so you can grab everything and not having to reach you hand in and scrabble around like a raccoon. The scalloped edges add a nice touch also.

The mailbox itself is super classy, really beautiful. Easy to install, easy to use. They are in a covered location so I can't speak to the weather-durability of the box.I bought two boxes and immediately after I installed them, I lost the key to one of the boxes. I immediately contacted the seller to ask him to send me a new key, and he did, but in the end the key didn't work. We had a lot of back and forths, always he was very responsive. In the end, it appeared the keys had been discontinued, so he offered to send me a brand new box. By the time this had happened, I somehow realized that the key that I had not lost actually worked for both boxes. It was fortunate for me, as otherwise I wouldn't have been able to remove the box from the wall without the key, so replacing the box would have been super problematic, to say the least.So moral of the story- don't lose the key, because otherwise it will be very difficult to remove the box from your wall. But if you do, the customer service for this company is stellar. I would definitely buy from them again.

This box seemed to be a good fit for the use I had in mind. Installation was straight-forward as expected. However, despite its nice finish it should not be used in a non-covered location where it is exposed to weather (description does suggest under a porch) . I originally had planned to install it under a porch but then changed my location to one exposed to the rain/snow. However, after only a few weeks surface rust has started to appear on the inside of the box. This was likely due to water being allowed in when the lid was opened (to deposit) or the door was opened (to retrieve contents). So this may not be a problem if not exposed directly to weather.

What I like about it is one a screwed into a wall with two and a half inch screws wood screws you ain't getting it off that's the excellent part I haven't noticed the bad part yet as far as I'm concerned there's no bad part about it

Solid little mailbox for the price. Nice that it locks. It needs washers or spacers for the back. Otherwise it sits flush and doesn't open nice.I suggest giving it a second spray of paint (scratches easy) not really for commercial use, or high vandal levels. But works for us and looks nice with the brick. I installed with 4 large cement bolts and siliconed the seems for water. Holds lots of mail. I'd buy again for home.

Installed high enough so it hard to peak inside. The box is deep no way to reach inside !
