We searched forever for the right barn door for our new house. Many were much more expensive. We took a chance on this one being one of the lowest priced. We were very pleasantly surprised. My husband assembled it easily and it looks great.

This is a really beautiful and very durable barn door with a lot of details that give it character. The material is nice solid quality, and the door kit comes in a long narrow heavy box with the slat pieces all separate, so you will need to assemble it. I guess that makes it much easier to ship without freight fees. I got it for a fairly unusual purpose. I have put up barn doors before to separate rooms, but I live in a century home and one of the old closets has an opening that is odd sized and pretty small, then goes way back to the side for storage, and that opening is not framed for a door, but just like a pass-through to another room, and it's hard to hide what's in the closet except for putting up a folding cheap slider or curtain, or maybe custom louvered doors. The size is really odd. So since thankfully there was enough flat wall to the left of the opening instead of angled ceilings which we have in some places, I decided a sliding barn door could actually work. And the width didn't have to be perfect. I chose a 36" which was a little larger than the opening, and separately bought a small barn door hardware kit. Now it's much more attractive looking to have a barn door closure that slides in front of the closet to keep everything neat, clean and more modern. It looks like it's a pass-through to another room.

I'm using the white sliding barn door for my personal use in front of my food pantry. The door is built from a strong and durable material. I like the farmhouse look and design of the sliding door. The sliding barn door was simple to assemble and hang with an extra hand. I feel that the price is reasonable for the product I received. I would recommend for its durable build material and good price.

My son and I assembled this door in about 10 minutes, you attach the top/bottom/middle parts to the sides (which are made with actual solid wood), slide the MDF panels in, and attach the other side. It is done.Heavy duty construction, I used it as a sliding door inside the house.

This barn door is sturdy, solid, and has a great weight to it. It's perfect for closets, bathrooms, pantries, etc. It has a good amount of weight to it, which you would want. Took some time assembling as it comes disassembled and in a long, narrow box. Overall, I'm really happy with this barn door! Do remember to have your own hardware kit as this doesn't include any!

Sturdy, durable, well made, very easy to assemble and install. This is just the door and not the hardware for hanging it but it's a very nice door. It doesn't look cheap at all. Its a great design and is built to last.
