These work great for bird feeders and hanging birdbaths. Even the heaviest bird feed doesn't phase the extension rod and mounting screws (I used longer construction screws to mount it to the fencepost - the included screws were too short for me to trust.)It really is strong though. Not only does the bird feeder weigh well over 10 lbs full, but squirrels dance up and down along it, jump on and off the feeder putting at least 20 lbs of weight on it, etc. It's only been about a month that we've had these up, but they seem to be in it for the long haul.Very happy with these, and no hesitation recommending them to other bird lovers.

I wanted to hang a hummingbird feeder right in the middle of my deck. That way I could watch some of them while drinking coffee with my dog in the morning. Went up in just a few seconds and it works out great. The perfect way to hang a feeder.

I ordered one of these deck hooks to hang hummingbird feeder. I liked it enough to order a second hanger. The fact they swivel makes it easy to add food to the feeders. The place base is heavy duty also and the four mounting holes make the install sturdy. Screws to mount the base are included. A Phillips head screw driver was all I needed to install the base. The rod slips into the base after it is installed. The sturdy rod comes in two pieces and can be easily be fastened together.

I was looking for something durable to hand a wind chine in the backyard and this one just did it great. Very easy to assemble. You can use 2 length options. Mounted it to a vinyl post, close to the cap via 4 wood screws. Holding very well and adjustability is super. Cheap and solve my problem.

These seem fairly sturdy, (I guess time will tell) but it was missing some set screws, allowing the bars to twist, which is not ideal because it often scares the birds when they land on the feeder.

We are using this as an outdoor shower hook. My elderly parents were both in a bad car wreck that left my dad totally non weight-bearing for 3 months. His wheelchair will not fit into their tiny bathroom. We can't get a contractor out for months, therefore we decided to cobble an outdoor shower together. Their back porch was already enclosed on 3 sides. We hung a tarp over the open side, put the shower chair out on another tarp covering the porch, and ran a hose to the kitchen sink. Redneck as hell, but works like a charm. Hopefully he'll be able to walk again before cold weather. Mom tried it out this weekend with her broken knee and loved it too. It's been hard for her to get over into the bathtub. This hook holds the shower nozzle over the chair and is perfect. I'm sure it'll work for whatever you need to hang on it too.
