The bike is light weight, and handles well. My favorite bike for local street commuting, and trail riding. The one-piece handle bar with no visible cables is absolutely handsome. It is a top-quality bike. Karbon customer support is good.Several minor issues: The bike is listed with an 11-34 rear cassette, but arrived with 11-28 - - - now corrected. The bike assembly and adjustment was simple for a professional, but could be a challenge for the untrained/inexperienced mechanic.This past Saturday, I rode 20 km on gravel trail at roughly 22 Km/Hr (14MPH). The Karbon bike handled extremely well. The shifting work perfectly. The mechanical/hydraulic brakes work well, though not as powerful as some hydraulic brakes.

I am giving this a 4 stars only because the instructions kinda sucked. The seat post clap took me forever to figure outThis is my first time owning a road bike so I wasn’t sure what to do with itThe bike itself is wonderful and so pretty. I did popped the tire within the first 10 minutes cause I over did it on the airJust know the tires have tubes it’s not tubeless like I thought it was

I was very pleased with this bike, being a relatively unknown brand I wasn’t sure what the quality would be. It is great! I had a bike shop do the built as I just didn’t feel like it and when I picked it up they said “wow!†This is actually an amazing bike for the money and the quality was way better than they were expecting.

This is an amazing bike. I have a road bike from another brand and this is my new favorite. Its perfect for community trails, has smooth shiefters as the description said, and is very stable on gravel paths.

Das Fahrrad ist superliecht. Das Schaltauge war leider durch den Transport verbogen, ich habe sofort ein Ersatzteil kostenlos bekommen. Super netter Kontakt. Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist, dass das Fahrrad lila schimmert und das Blau nicht allzu gut zu erkennen ist.

Kurzversion: Ich bin wirklich absolut begeistert.Längere Version:Das Bike kam mit der angegebenen Frist an (da es direkt aus dem Herstellerland gelifert wird, völlig o.k.). Es war wirklich sehr gut verpackt. Der Aufbau gestaltete sich leicht, da ich mir die Online-Anleitung angesehen habe. Die Papieranleitung ist sehr spartanisch gehalten.Deswegen als 1. Tipp: Unbedingt das hier stehende Video ansehen, dann sieht man auch, wie die Befestigung der Sattelstütze funktioniert. ;-)Nach dem Zusammenbau konnte man konstatieren: Sehr gut verarbeitet, die Schaltung ist direkt ab Werk super eingestellt. Da muss nichts gewerkelt werden. Das habe ich auch schon anders erlebt.Der Kundenservice ist wirklich herausragend. Direkt nach der Lieferung gibt es eine Whatsapp mit der Nachfrage, ob alles zur Zufriedenheit ausfällt und dem Hinweis, dass jederzeit Unterstützung zur Verfügung steht.Ich empfand den Freilauf als recht laut, das ist aber so gewollt (das ist auf Nachfrage im Freundeskreis tatsächliche heutzutage aus verschiedenen Gründen so en vogue).Auch beim Problem mit dem Lager eines Pedals wurde innerhalb weniger Stunden Hilfe zuteil. Schaut man sich die Produktbilder an, sind dort gar keine Pedale abgebildet. Das Rad kommt trotzdem mit einfachen Pedalen. Nach ca 500 km fing bei meinem Bike ein Lager eines Pedals an zu knacken. Hier wurde mir sogleich höherwertiger Ersatz zugesagt. Das ist erstklassiger Kundenservice!Also noch einmal: Ich bin nach ca 600 km wirklich begeistert von Rad und Support. Ich hoffe, das bleibt so und kann derzeit nur ein "Fünf-Sterne-Plus" vergeben.
